It's leg day for gymnast Aly Raisman! Despite retiring from her sport early last year, the 26-year-old brunette bombshell is still keeping her body gold-medal worthy. Taking to her social media, the decorated Olympian delighted fans when she gave them insight into her rigorous workouts on Tuesday, February 2.
Aly Raisman has been quiet on social media lately but made her thrilling return lunging and squatting deep while using her own body weight. All eyes were on the star's flawless curves which she highlighted in a pair of extra-tight yoga pants.
Turning the camera on herself, Aly Raisman broke a sweat while flaunting her solo workout at home. Rocking a pair of black tights that clung to her body in the most perfect way, the former "Fierce Five" captain's strength couldn't be ignored, especially since her thigh and calf muscles were bulging through.

Wearing her long hair back in a high pony, Aly Raisman kept her locks out of her face with a blue headband. Using the concrete as her own box, the gold-medal Olympian lunged and jumped her way through the rigorous workout. Adding gains to her buns, Aly Raisman kept all eyes on her with the impressive fitness routine.

"I sometimes still pretend I’m trying to stick the landing when I land a box jump outside just out of habit," she wrote in the caption. Aly Raisman also made sure to remind her followers that "workouts aren’t one size fits all. Do what ever feels right for you & take it one day at a time."
