UFC's Brittney Palmer Goes Biking In Tight Leggings: 'Sunday Sun'

UFC ring girl Brittney Palmer has been part of the sport for several years, but when asked about looking at her future, she says she just lives day by day.

“Dana [White]’s gonna have to drag me by my hair,” Palmer told MMA Junkie in regards to when she may retire from being a ring girl. “Who knows? I just kind of live today, and today I’m working for UFC. So we’ll see.”

In the meantime, Palmer is enjoying her Sunday afternoon by riding a bike and soaking up the sunshine and bright blue skies. The 35-year-old wore a pair of tight black leggings and a black sports bra for her afternoon bike ride, which has fans saying they are "in love."

The UFC ring girl shared some photos from her Sunday afternoon joy ride, which shows a rearview look at her backside in a pair of tight, black leggings and a black sports bra as she straddles the bike.

She has a pair of white sneakers on as the bike sits in the sand as she looks off into the bright blue skies. "Sunday sun. ☀️," Palmer captioned the post, which gained hundreds of comments from her followers.

"Why can't I be a bike seat JUST ONCE in my life?!!!, one fan wrote as another chimed in, "I hope one day i get to meet you Brittney Palmer."

The UFC ring girl shared a photo of herself in a tight green party dress, hugging her curves and assets as she holds hundreds of Mardi Gras beads.

“Nothing but beads 💚💜💛 ,” she captioned the post, which gained thousands of comments from her fans, including “Would’ve loved to show you what it’s all about for Mardi Gras or just the city. Have fun! 💜💚💛” and “Brings out your eyes 🌹.”

Others called the UFC ring girl a "goddess" as others said she looked "beautiful".

Palmer also shared a video to Instagram, except this time she ditched the dress and posed topless while showing off her Mardi Gras beads.

Brittney Palmer is currently 35 years old and is one of the most popular ring girls in UFC. She has even gone on to be a four-time winner of “Ringcard Girl of the Year,” with the fourth being just last year.
