Vicki Gunvalson Calls 'RHOC' Producer A 'Snake,' Blames Him For Exit

Vicki Gunvalson claims a "Real Housewives of Orange County" producer is to blame for her January 2020 exit from the Bravo reality series. 

While appearing on a recent episode of the Behind the Velvet Rope with David Yountef podcast, Vicki, who is one of the original members of the hit franchise, accused the unnamed producer of pushing her off the show because he didn't like her.

“There is a producer that’s currently on this cast, the last two years, that does not like me,” Vicki explained, according to a report shared by Reality Blurb on January 25. 

“I don’t like him. It’s public. I mean, I think he’s a snake in the grass and I think he’s always stirring up conflict that is not real conflict," Vicki continued of the producer. 

"So him and I had it out and I’m sure he probably said, ‘She’s a problem, let’s get rid of her.’ You know? Because I saw right through his bullsh*t every time," she shared. 

According to Vicki, she and the producer didn't get along because she wasn't on board with his manipulations of the storylines of the show.

Throughout her final moments on the show, Vicki said the producer attempted to control the production of "The Real Housewives of Orange County" by instructing cast members about what to say instead of allowing scenes to play out naturally. 

"Like why are you telling her to say that about me? Oh, he purposely just kind of tried to stir the pot and manipulate the situation,” she alleged.

Vicki then opened up about the first night she met Braunwyn Windham-Burke at Tamra Judge's house.

“She came after me the first time at Tamra’s and I’ll never forgive her for it ever. [But] off-camera she told me, ‘Our producer told me to go after you.’ Cool! I took him by his earlobe, put him up against the wall, and said, ‘What the heck are you doing? I’m a 'friend' this year and you’re going to do this to me the first time I get together with everybody? F*ck you!’ I was livid,” Vicki recalled of her first encounter with the mother of seven.

Vicki went on to say that it comes to the "Real Housewives of Orange County" producer, the unnamed man is "just not a good guy."

"When you know that about a producer, you just don’t give them your all,” she continued.

Vicki announced she was leaving the show just over a year ago after being demoted to a "friend" role the previous year. One day later, Tamra confirmed that she too would not be filming the then-upcoming 15th season of the show.
