Mandy Rose Addresses Being Let Go From WWE
In December 2022, the World Wrestling Entertainment, Inc. announced they released Mandy Rose from the company due to sensual photos of herself in the shower with her fiancé, Tino Sabbatelli, which can be looked at as R- or X-rated, began circulating the internet.
After the news broke, Mandy Rose spoke to the New York Post, where the 32-year-old admitted, “I am grateful and very humbled with everything I’ve done and made at the company [WWE], but in today’s day and age, there are so many other avenues and so many other marketing opportunities, it’s like why can’t I do both?”
She added, “At the end of the day I’m the only one watching out for myself and my career. Everyone’s replaceable in our business – it’s true.”
Mandy Rose also appeared on “Tamron Hall” where she, once again, addressed being let go from the WWE.
“Losing the title was obviously a gut punch. I was so disappointed,” she told the host of the show. “But at the end of the day my purpose was gone and that’s where I felt lost and confused, because of all the hard work that I put into it. Driving home from that, there’s a lot of things going through my mind. But at the end of the day, like I said, I love what I’ve done in WWE and I love the platform it presented me with. So I am forever grateful to them.”
