Noah Cyrus is dropping massive bend-overs and doing it with legs apart and in latex pants. The 21-year-old singer and sister to Miley Cyrus, gaining all the respect in the world last year for her Grammy nomination, today upped the ante for her 6 million Instagram followers with a little shirtless content. The "July"singer, this month filming herself getting baked topless at 3 p,m., wasn't quite in the nude up top, but she'd gone skimpy. Check it out, plus the totally topless weed smoke below.

Noah, with her slim legs tucked away behind a semi-tight pair of black latex pants, posed all innocent like with parted lips, also keeping the professional photography feel far away with unedited and reddish eyes. "Bye baby," Noah told fans as she stood in sneakers. And the footwear is getting noticed, with fans writing: "Kick game."

Noah comes as a chip off the old block. Shirt-lifting and undies are the standard on the singer's IG, although Cyrus comes with a raw and very mature streak, one that sees her document her mental health battles publicly.

"It's something very close to my heart," she told James Corden in 2019. "I've struggled with anxiety and depression since I was 10 or 11 years old. So, I think it's a huge topic." Noah has evena admitted she joined Instagram way too young, aged just 11.

The anxiety sufferer added: "A lot of people like to judge you, and make fun of you on the internet, and people make you feel crazy whenever you're in a depression or having anxiety or having a panic attack."
