She has been working inside the Octagon for the last several years and has even gone on to be a four-time winner of “Ringcard Girl of the Year.”
While she is not working UFC events, she is promoting her exclusive fan site by posting steamy photos of herself to social media — and her latest is no different.
Palmer Poses In Lingerie
The 35-year-old is leaving little to the imagination as she gets her fans fired up with a steamy lingerie photo. Palmer is posing in a teal lace bodysuit, which hugs her curves and shows off her hips and legs. Her assets are popping out as she seductively looks into the camera.
“I can’t wait..,” she teased in the caption.
Fans instantly took to the comments section to express their thoughts on the photo. One of Palmer’s followers wrote, “Absolutely beautiful 🔥🔥❤️” as another chimed in, “You are a fantastic woman! A wonderful artist , i love everything you do! ❤️”

Brittney Palmer was recently named “Ringcard Girl of the Year” for a fourth time. Posing topless with an arm covering her breasts, she wrote, “Sweet nothings.”
In another message, she celebrated the big achievement by writing, “Thank you all so much for the continued love and support. It’s truly an honor to work with @UFC and the fans that make this all possible.” She also put a red heart emoji to show her gratefulness.
Brittney Palmer Discusses Her UFC Future
Brittney Palmer has been part of the UFC for the last several years, becoming very popular with fans, but how long will she continue as a ring girl? During a recent interview with MMA Junkie, Brittney Palmer spoke about her future with the UFC.
“Dana [White]’s gonna have to drag me by my hair,” Palmer said in regards to when she may retire from being a ring girl. “Who knows? I just kind of live today, and today I’m working for UFC. So we’ll see.”
The next big UFC event will take place on March 4, 2023, where Palmer is expected to partake as a ring girl. The main card includes big-name fights such as Valentina Shevchenko vs Alexa Grasso, Geoff Neal vs Shavkat Rakhmonov, and Mateusz Gamrot vs Jalin Turner.
Fans are looking forward to the main fight of the night as they will watch Jon Jones (26-1-0) vs Ciryl Gane (11-1-0). The fight will take place in Las Vegas.
