Dr. Pimple Popper -- Watch This 'Unicorn' Cyst Pour Yogurt From A Forehead!

Dr. Pimple Popper just proved unicorns DO exist, well at least ones filled with disgusting loads of white liquid that explodes out of the skin!
"Uni-cysts do exist ya know! ?????," Dr. Sandra Lee captioned the newest Instagram video.
The clip is insane, and as you can see, this patient let his forehead bump grow to a monster size which looks just like the horn of a unicorn. Trust us, you want to see this one, it's filled with soft liquid that comes pouring out as soon as she slices in!

"How do u walk around with something Ike this!?" a fan asked after seeing it's size! Another added, "How long he been walking around like that ain’t no way in the hell. I woulda went Michael Myers on my forehead ?."
In the video, Dr. Lee uses the good ol' slice and dice method and opens up the top of this bad boy, and then all hell breaks loose! Immediately, the off-white liquid comes shooting out of the bump and it is BRUTAL!

"Looks like KFC mashed potatoes. Lol," a fan wrote.
"Yuck... Soupy mashed potatoes ?," another added.
Shockingly, the pus is so thick on this one, it stays in the shape of the cut the good doctor made at the top of the skin! It keeps, going and going! "Yogurt ??," is how one reality fans described it.
That's no all just wait until you see the massive amount of liquid that ends up on the table! "So that's where TastyKake buttercream cupcake filling comes from..." a fan joked.
"What exactly is the stuff squirting out of a cyst? Pus? And it comes in different colors and consistency," a curious fan asked.
