Britney Spears & Sam Asghari's Dog Reportedly Escapes, Bites Elderly Man

A little over a year ago, Sam Asghari gifted Britney Spears a dog named Porsha.
In an October 2021 Instagram video, the Iranian actor tells his wife, "Her name is Porsha and she's meant to unconditionally love you and is going to be trained to protect you from any motherf***** that comes around you with bad intentions."
It seems Porsha might be taking her guard dog duties a little too seriously, as the Doberman seems to have escaped from the couple's property and reportedly bit an elderly man who was passing by.
Britney Spears And Sam Asghari's Dog Escaped And Bites Elderly Man
On Friday night, TMZ was the first to report the news of the incident. Sources told the outlet that the Doberman Sam got Britney a little over a year ago escaped from the couple's Thousand Oaks property on Thursday and started roaming around the neighborhood.
At some point, Porcha reportedly came in contact with a man in his 70s who was riding his bike around the neighborhood. Sources told the outlet that the dog hit the dog in the leg before members of Britney's security team showed up to secure the dog.
The elderly man reportedly went to local urgent care for medical care; however, it is unclear how serious the bite actually is. A source for Britney told the outlet that it was actually more of a "nip" than a bite.
The "Overprotected" singer was reportedly contacted by animal control after the incident to make sure that the dog stays on the property and doesn't get out again.
Sam Asghari Thanks Dog Days Search & Rescue For Bringing Porsha Home
On early Saturday night, the former personal trainer took to Instagram to share a thank you to Dog Days Search and Rescue for finding Porsha and bringing her home. However, he thanked them for finding "our babies," which makes it sound like more than one dog got loose this week.
In the caption, Sam wrote, "A huge thank you to @dogdayssar for finding our babies that ran like Forrest Gump down the road yesterday. They’re are truly the best. I’ve been looking for a local rescue team to team up with for such a long time. They are a [non-profit] organization that truly helps. Attached in my bio is a link for donation to this amazing team."
In his Instagram Stories, Sam gave fans a look at the couple's dogs. Sawyer is on his left while Porsha, the dog who allegedly escaped and bit a man, is the Doberman on his right. In the 37-second video, Sam asked for tips on how to train them.
Over the video, Sam wrote, "Thank you @dogdayssar for not only rescuing, but also providing information on how we can prevent things from happening."
Britney Makes No Mention Of The Dog Incident In Rare Photo With Husband Sam Asghari
On Friday night, shortly after the article was published, the "Oops!...I Did It Again" singer took to Instagram to share two selfies of her posing beside her husband.
Both photos show Britney trying to look over his shoulder as Sam grins for the shot, holding his phone in his hands. The “Hold Me Closer” singer is barefoot in a long-sleeve pink dress while Sam is wearing a hoodie long-sleeve shirt, black shorts, and black sneakers.
In the caption, Britney wrote, "The pics I’ve taken while out with Hesam I’ve always looked just as tall or taller with him … so this pic was pretty interesting !!!"
"He’s like two heads bigger than me 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤧 !!!" she added. In the third slide of her Instagram carousel, Britney posted a fourteen-second clip that featured her dancing barefoot in the bedroom in a white tee-shirt and lacy boxer shorts.
"If you swipe you will see what me and my assistant do in rain storms … 80’s nerd music 🎶 !!! Don’t be jealous of my skills 😒😒😒😂😂😂 !!!" Britney wrote, wrapping up her lengthy caption.
Although she didn't mention it in this post, she did take to social media on Thursday - the day the dog-biting incident occurred- to slam "the media" for publishing "constant lies" about her.
