Britney Spears' former personal assistant is set to spill all on what she believes is really going on behind the scenes in the pop star's life.

Felicia Culotta, Britney's ex-assistant/close friend, sat down for a lengthy interview with producers of the forthcoming documentary, "Framing Britney Spears." The film is set to take a deep dive into Britney's inner circle and calls into question the need for a conservatorship. Felicia is known by diehard Britney fans. At the start of her career, Britney was constantly photographed with Felicia and they always appeared to be having a good time together. It was obvious they had a close bond and Britney trusted Felicia in her life.

At the height of Britney's meltdown, Felicia decided to leave the team and go work for the Jonas Brothers. At the time, Felicia released a statement to a fan site detailing her reason for leaving Britney. She said, "I cherish ALL the incredible opportunities that came my way thru my job with Britney and am crushed/saddened/heart sick by the way her life is unfolding."

She added, “There’s just so much you can do to help a person — I don’t dare want to be an enabler, and I cannot love her enough for the both of us. I cannot convince her in ANY way to love herself."

Felicia would come back to work for Britney during her Las Vegas residency.

In the new documentary, she told the producers, “The one reason I agreed to do the interview is so we could remind people why they fell in love with her in the first place.”

Felicia explains she is unsure what a conservatorship is and unclear if Britney really needs to be under one. “ She said she "didn’t then nor do I now understand what a conservatorship is." However, she said she knows "firsthand what Britney is capable of" given her many accomplishments.

She seems confident Britney will speak her truth in the near future. Felicia said, "I know at some point she will tell her story. I know she will. And I am so grateful for when that point comes, that she’s able to sit down and … everything will fall into place.”

As The Blast previously reported, Britney is still battling it out with her father in court over control of her life. A judge shut down a motion seeking to remove her dad Jamie Spears from power. However, the court is allowing Britney to continue her fight and hasn't ruled out the option.
