Pamela Anderson Quits Instagram, Twitter Because She's 'Settled' In Marriage?

On Christmas 2020, Pamela Anderson got herself quite the gift. And this time, it wasn't something material, rather, something to love and cherish. As in, she got herself a husband. 

Now for all those wondering if you are looking at the new Mrs. Assange, well, no such luck. Thankfully, it's not even an old flame considering Pam here has the penchant of marrying, divorcing, and then re-marrying her exes. 

Pam's husband number 6 is her bodyguard, Dan Hayhurst, so congratulations to Pam and Dan! 

According to various media reports, they tied the knot on Christmas eve at Pam's home on Vancouver Island, and Pam reportedly gave this statement, "I was married on the property I bought from my grandparents 25 years ago, this is where my parents were married, and they are still together. I feel like I've come full circle".

Other sources also reported that the duo had been dating for two years and the enforced proximity during the pandemic only brought them closer, and she looks over the moon to be in his arms, and that's simply so sweet!

Of course, this is not Pam's first rodeo, although it may be Hayhurst's. Pam was first married to drummer Tommy Lee with whom she shared two kids, Brandon Thomas Lee, 24, and Dylan Jagger Lee, 23. Then came marriage to Kid Rock and music producer Rick Salomon who she divorced,  re-married, and then finally divorced again. 

There was also a 12-day marriage to Jon Peters in January 2020, and now, in January 2021, we get the news of yet another nuptial. 

Although we have to admit, the bride looks stunning!

Pamela Anderson also had grim news for her social media fans that she would be quitting it, and this was to be her last post. 

Wrote the Baywatch star, "This will be my last post on Instagram, Twitter or Facebook. 

I’ve never been interested in social media

And

now that I'm settled into the life I'm genuinely inspired by

reading and being in nature

I am free"...

Fans were quick to point out that was going to be missed as she carried on to say that she wished all her fans the best, and thanked them for all the love she had got...

Meanwhile, is that Dan?

Dan surely seems to have swept Pam off her feet, and she feels absolutely right with him. In fact, in a statement given to Daily Mail, Pamela Anderson said, "I'm exactly where I need to be - in the arms of a man who truly loves me,".

No wonder then, she quoted Anaïs Nin in one of her second-last posts. Wrote Pam, “I,

with a deeper instinct,

choose a man who compels my strength,

who makes enormous demands on me,

who does not doubt my courage or my toughness,

who does not believe me naïve or innocent,

who has the courage to treat me like a woman.”
