In court documents obtained by The Blast, the "Ocean Eyes" singer is looking for a court order to protect her from a man who allegedly disrobed and took an outdoor shower by her pool!
Billie Eilish Seeks Protection Against Alleged Stalker Using Her Outdoor Shower!
In court documents obtained by The Blast, the 21-year-old singer claims that a man referred to as Mr. Black started stalking and harassing her in July 2022. In the court documents, Billie admits that this isn't the first time that people have been "stalking, harassing, and threatening" her due to her fame.
"Regrettably, my commercial success has also coincided with random individuals, previously unknown to me, stalking, harassing, and threatening me and seeking to personally contact and potentially harm me," Billie wrote in the court documents. "This has included disturbed individuals going to extreme lengths, such as attempting to gain entry to my home and my parents' home."
It's worth noting that the "bad guy" singer isn't just seeking protection for her. She is also seeking protection for her parents; however, the court documents make no mention of her brother, Finneas, who she has sought protection for in the past.
"Due to past events, I have been forced to employ a 24-hour security team and to take other security measures to guard against further intrusions upon my and my family's privacy," Billie wrote. "Regrettably, despite my best efforts, on the evening of February 20, 2023, an individual breached the walls of my personal residence and proceeded to trespass onto my property and stalk me."
Police Were Able To Locate Individual Who Took An Outdoor Shower By Her Pool
In the court papers, Billie alleges that she "discovered him on my pool deck around 7:30" at night. At that point, she alleges that Mr. Black "among other things, disrobed and used the outdoor shower on my property."
The Los Angeles native immediately called the police. When local law enforcement officials arrived at the home, they were unable to find the intruder. However, they were able to track him down and arrest him. The same man had shown up on security footage in July 2022 while her home was under construction and was also spotted at her parent's home as well.
"While this is not the first time an unknown individual has attempted to contact my family or me and stalked us, every occasion, including the February 20th incident, causes me substantial anxiety, fear, and emotional distress over my personal safety and that of my immediate family," Billie wrote in the court documents.
"I worry that someday one of these individuals will do something violent or extremely disturbing to me or one of my family members," she added.
This Is Not The First Time Billie Eilish Has Needed A Restraining Order
Just last month, the "Happier Than Ever" singer requested a restraining order against a man named Christopher Anderson, who allegedly broke into her family home to proclaim his love for her. In these court documents, also obtained by The Blast, Billie sought protection for her parents and her brother Finneas as well.
“My father and members of the Los Angeles Police Department recently informed me that an individual who goes by the name Christopher A. Anderson or Chris Anderson recently entered the interior of my family’s home on January 5, 2023, unannounced and uninvited, after apparently professing his love for me and expressing that he really wanted to meet me,” Billie wrote in the court filing.
“I have viewed images of this individual and can confirm I have no idea who he is and that I have had no prior relationship or communication with him,” she added.
Due to the event, the "No Time To Die" singer claims she suffered “Emotional injury including for my safety, fear for the safety of my family, ongoing loss of peace, tranquility, and security in my childhood home and personal space resulting from the repeated instances of harassment by Mr. Anderson.”
“I worry that someday one of these individuals will do something violent or extremely disturbing to me or one of my family members,” she added. “Notwithstanding the 24-hour security surveillance and security team employed by my family, I do not feel safe returning to my childhood home, visiting with my parents in their home, or being anywhere near this individual named Christopher Anderson.”
