The Blast spoke to Jacques Abrahamian, MPAS Hair Transplant Specialist, who owns the LA FUE Hair Clinic. The hair restoration specialist, who has not worked with Garth personally, offered his opinion on the singer's hairline.

He said, "The speculation and the BUZZ is that Garth Brooks got “Hair Plugs” for the inauguration of the 46th president of the United States."

The specialist added, "When it comes to increasing hair density there are many options available from Oral Medications, Topical Medications, Growth Factor Therapy such as PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma) Stem Cell Therapy, and the only permanent solution for hair-loss if a client is a candidate is with either FUE/FUSS hair restoration."

He believes, "FUE stands for “Follicular Unit Extraction” which has become the Gold standard in hair restoration because it is the least invasive, creates the highest density, and does not leave a linear scar, as the previous techniques “FUSS” which involves removing a strip of skin and stapling/suturing of the donor region."

Jacques Abrahamian added, "As we are not 100% sure what method Garth Brooks actually received, we can only assume it was a combination of Hair Restoration, possibly Medications, and a combination of Hair Fibers which create the look of temporary density and can easily be washed off. Hair Fibers are safe, and commonly used by many celebrities and hair stylists during filming to create that extra look of density even when there is no hair-loss involved."

He ended, "Hair Transplant results can take up to 1 ½ years after hair restoration to see full results, hence the fastest way to achieve density for any special event such as the inauguration of President Joe Biden, Hair Fibers could have been used by Garth Brooks to take his scalp density to the next level. Hair Fibers look natural, gives instant results and they come in many colors and shades."

One fan put it best, "Can someone bookmark “Garth Brooks hair transplant” so we can address it at a more appropriate time? Thank you."
