Victoria Beckham Proves That Son Brooklyn Got His Cooking Skills From Dad

Brooklyn Beckham didn’t only inherit his dad’s dashing looks, but he also inherited his cooking abilities — Victoria Beckham affirmed that!

The Beckhams are one of the many celebrity families filled with talented members from athletes, to fashion designers, models, and chefs. Amid the wave of backlash Brooklyn has been facing in his career as a chef, Victoria is reminding fans that her family is blessed with two chefs — David Beckham and her first son. 

The fashion designer showed her over 30 million followers that Brooklyn’s culinary expertise definitely had nothing to do with her. First, Victoria shared on Instagram a video showing her husband David’s excellent pancake-flipping skills in celebration of pancake day. 

“So it’s pancake day, and David is tossing away,” Victoria said in the video showing only the former football star dressed in a casual outfit while he displayed his abilities. The former football star flipped the large pancake in the pan multiple times while his wife cheered him on, saying, “That’s impressive; he is so good, he is such a tosser.”

The businessman was in full-on chef mode as he then asked his wife if she wanted some sticky stuff in her pancakes, to which she replied yes. The former Spice Girl member proudly wrote in the post’s caption, “Tossing away in the kitchen! Happy Pancake day!! @davidbeckham.”

Of course, fans were taken away by David’s incredible skills, and most of them praised him in the comments. A follower wrote, “from footy to perfect pancake tossed talent is endless, David,” while another fan remarked, “perfect as always.” Another fan asked, “Is there anything this man can’t do?”

The mom of four further showed that her son Brooklyn inherited that extraordinary skill from David on her Instagram stories. She uploaded slo-mo footage of her 23-year-old flipping a pancake in the same spectacular way David had done in her previous video. 

In the clip’s caption, Posh Spice told her fans she had none of those culinary skills. “I am literally the only one in my family that can’t cook!” Victoria admitted. Well, it turned out the fashion designer had passed her non-cooking abilities to her daughter Harper.

Another video on her Instagram stories captured Harper flipping pancakes. After Harper first tried flipping the pancake in the pan, the pancake folded on the second trial. Her father quickly rushed in to help her make things right, while Victoria, who laughed in the background, playfully said, “I think she gets her cooking skills from me.” Victoria reiterated this in the video’s caption, writing, “what can I say.... she gets it from me.”

Recall that last month, Brooklyn was criticized online for his cooking skills, and his mother defended him. It happened that the 23-year-old posted a video where he prepared a beef roast which most fans said was still raw and undercooked.

After the former model had delicately finished his tutorial, he tasted the meal and said, “Just like they have it in England. The best Sunday roast.” However, some fans didn’t think it was that good, and they expressed concern about how the meal turned out. 

An individual wrote, “A good vet could bring that back to life,” and another noted, “Way too much oil.” A follower commented that the meal was undercooked and that Brooklyn “might as well bite the cow while it’s grazing.”

Amidst the backlash from fans, Brooklyn’s mom came to his defense. The “Being Victoria Beckham” star reshared the video on her IG stories and noted that it’s “rare” and now “raw.” The 48-year-old mom also joked that she would attempt to prepare the meal for his dad and siblings.

Although the first son of the Beckhams is invested in his cooking streak, he has also gone on to try some other interests. However, fans were not impressed with his dabbling into so many career paths. 

It followed that the former model assumed the role of a stylist and helped analyze his wife, Nicola Peltz's outfits on the series, “7 Days, 7 Looks.” As soon as the video was shared on Tiktok, fans quickly pointed out Brooklyn’s career change. One person asked, “So he’s a stylist this week? ?”

“Is this Brooklyn Beckham… the Brooklyn Beckham, chef, photographer, stylist extraordinaire,” another wrote, poking fun at him. Reality TV star Spencer Pratt added, “Not just a chef and photographer, he also a celeb stylist ?.”
