Paulina Porizkova Wears Nothing But Heels To Reveal Her ‘Secret Beauty’

Model Paulina Porizkova is not leaving much to the imagination in her latest Instagram post.

On Tuesday night, the author of "No Filter: The Good, The Bad, and The Beautiful" took to Instagram to share a stunning photo of her wearing nothing but gold heels to illustrate her "secret beauty."

In her latest Instagram post, the 57-year-old fashion model posed for a photo in front of her doorway wearing nothing but gold heels. She is looking down at herself as she holds up a sparkling green dress, hiding her bare body behind the glittering fabric as she juts her hips out to one side.

In the caption, she wrote, “Secret Beauty. When you’re deemed ‘beautiful’ by societal standards, your outward facing shell is celebrated. You get pretty privilege until you age out of it. That sort of beauty is shiny and flashy, like a sequined dress. It instantly draws attention. But, it’s hardly comfortable, besides, the sequins will rub and eventually fall off.”

“Secret beauty works differently. That one is a dress made of quality fabric and careful stitching, and will last forever. We are all that garment, the one of careful and unique construction,” she continued. “This is what most call the inner beauty, or the inner light.”

“But what fascinates me about it that once you glimpse it, it literally illuminates the person on the outside as well,” she explained. “Features that are unique and perhaps mathematically incorrect suddenly become beautiful. It’s like you’ve found a treasure in a second-hand store; it’s been waiting there for only those with who have the patience and willingness to look. To really see.”

“It will never go out of style, because it’s never really been in style. It’s timeless,” she concluded. “Secret beauty doesn’t age. It only gets better the more it’s worn.” Paulina capped off her post with the hashtags #betweenjloandbettywhite, #secretbeauty, and #theperfectthingtowearisyou.

Guitarist Chris Caffery was one of the first to comment, writing, “As always words of wisdom and a photo that is almost impossible to find the right words to comment on.”

“Signal Fires” author Dani Shapiro commented, “I went to the funeral today of a 91 and a half year old woman (mother of a close friend) and the church was filled with many hundreds of people celebrating her. I felt this so powerfully.” Paulina replied, “Real beauty celebrated!”

“I absolutely love this. Your ability to go beyond the surface of what constitutes beauty is such a breath of fresh air. Thank you for sharing with us all,” one fan commented. Paulina replied to the comment with a red heart emoji.

“This reminds me of something I've heard many times and that's beauty is only skin deep. I've never understood that saying because real beauty, timeless beauty is soul deep,” another follower shared. “Thank you for showing us a side of you that the (many) photographs can’t and don’t capture,” another fan chimed in.

In another Instagram post, the “Anna” actress kicked off the new year by posing in front of her window in nothing but a pair of black panties. She looks out the window as she hides her chest behind her arms, holding her hair back out of her face.

“The New Year is yawning wide open. I’m greeting it bare. Because I have nothing to hide,” she wrote in the caption. “I’m finally comfortable in my own skin. I don’t need armor when I’m already armed with my experiences and the wisdom they’ve brought.”

“All the really good stuff is crammed into this body and invisible on the outside. That doesn’t mean it doesn’t exist. It’s what keeps me standing tall and proud - even when undressed,” she added, wrapping up her post with the hashtags #betweenjloandbettywhite, #greypride, and #betterontheinside.
