Rumer Willis is in a celebratory mood, as are many Americans this week, as Joe Biden took over as the 46th President of the United States. Rumer proclaimed that she's "proud to be an American again" and also sent out a staunch warning to those who feel like picking a fight with the eldest daughter of Demi Moore and Bruce Willis. 32-year-old Rumer took to Instagram this week while dropping a new photo of herself stretching her arms up to the heavens while making her happiness known to all.

Rumer Willis, who won the 20th season of ABC's "Dancing with the Stars" back in 2015, appeared giddy beyond belief while sharing her latest snap with her over 800,000 followers.

"Huzzah for Democracy....not embarrassed to be American anymore," Rumer declared.

She continued with a bit of advice to anyone who planned on trolling:

"Quick tip if you don’t like what I believe or what I have to say just unfollow me instead of wasting your time writing something hateful cause guess what I’m just gonna delete your comment and block ya if you do."

The daughter of Demi Moore and Bruce Willis followed up that she's not against discussing politics, as long as it doesn't become nasty:

"Always open for civilized conversations and different opinions and viewpoints but no room for hate on here."

After a fan commented to Rumer that having a differing opinion should be accepted, the young star clarified her stance on discussing politics:

" I am only blocking people that are going out of their way to be nasty I appreciate that other people have different opinions and that is totally fine which me I respect that. I just don’t want my comment section to be filled with negativity."

Rumer Willis is off to a year of positivity and started on the right path by announcing to everyone that she was 4 years sober. On New Year's Eve, Rumer went on social media with the revelation, alongside a glowing portrait of the 32-year-old star as she beamed from her accomplishment.

"4 Years Sober Today!!! So grateful for choosing myself above any need to distract or numb out. Especially this past year when so much has come up for not just myself but the world," Rumer wrote.
