Tamra Judge Explains How She Ended Up On The 'RHOC' Reunion

Tamra Judge appeared on the "Everything Iconic With Danny Pellegrino" podcast earlier this month, where she explained how she ended up being a part of the season 15 reunion of "The Real Housewives of Orange County," even though she did not star as a cast member on the recently aired season.

"[Braunwyn Windham-Burke] called me," Tamra explained to the host. 

"I was literally driving in my car and I saw a FaceTime. I was parking in a parking lot Christmas shopping and I it was Braunwyn," she recalled. 

According to Tamra, she believed that Braunwyn was liking calling her to check in.

"I figured she was calling to give me an update on what was going on and basically, she was," she explained. "I was on FaceTime."

While Tamra did not yet know whether her conversation with Braunwyn would appear on "The Real Housewives of Orange County" reunion, she confirmed that there were cameras present for the chat, which she described to Danny as not that big of a deal.

"There was cameras in there. I don’t know if they’ll show it. It was nothing that big of a deal. She just gave me an update. I gave her my two cents. And that was it. I mean, it’s not that big of a deal,” she insisted.

As the interview continued, Tamra said that she's actually spoke to Braunwyn about potentially leaving her role on "The Real Housewives of Orange County" after season 15.

"I’ve talked to her about [walking away]. Sometimes when you give out so much, and it wasn’t just one thing… It was so much [and] sometimes you need to keep a little inside," she explained. 

"You don’t have to show everything," Tamra continued. "I mean, who am I to say? She lives her life how she wants to live her life and if she wants to expose it all."

That said, Tamra pointed out that going through things publicly can be challenging. 

"I would have to say, it’s probably not making it easier for her to go through it all because she’s doing it publicly. I think if it comes down to, should she walk away, that’s a personal choice for her,” she noted.

When Tamra was asked which of her former cast mates she's kept in touch with, she revealed she has stayed close to Braunwyn and Gina Kirschenheiter. 

“I talked to Gina, of course, Braunwyn. But other than that, I don’t have a friendship with Emily and I left on bad terms with [Kelly Dodd],” she added.

"The Real Housewives of Orange County" season 15 comes to an end next Wednesday, January 20, with the second half of the reuniona at 9/8c on Bravo.
