Gymnast Aly Raisman Goes Doggy-Style With Best Friend Leg Lift

Olympic gymnast Aly Raisman is showing that late-night couch action is best with a certain someone named Mylo. The 26-year-old retired athlete, who only has eyes for her blue-eyed boy Mylo, updated her Instagram late on Tuesday night with her four-legged friend, and it was cuddles, ear scratches, and the 2012 "Fierce Five" and 2016 "Final Five" captain lifting her pooch's leg – she is, after all an expert. Aly showed her 2.1 million followers how pet care is self care, and you can check it out below.

Scroll for the doggy action. Aly, who made November 2020 headlines for a doggy playdate with MCU actor Chris Evans, kept it just between herself and Mylo last night, with footage showing the muscular gymnast in full recliner mode and making sure Mylo got all the love in the world.

The video, in selfie mode, showed Raisman in sweats and on her couch with Mylo lying on her legs. He was treated to a big fat scratch, some ear attention, plus a little leg lift – in gymnast world, you get it done for you.

Mylo, who seemed very much at-ease with the free pamper session, showed off his glossy coat and blue collar, even lifting his head up towards Aly for a little reciprocation.

Aly announced she'd taken Mylo in late last year, writing: "Meet Mylo. I rescued Mylo yesterday from Heart of RI shelter," adding: "He was born July 16, 2020. I’m so excited to be his mom. I’ve already cried a few times because I feel so lucky ?."

The October 31 announcement, showing Mylo and his signature blue eyes, continued with Raisman stating:

"He kept me up most of the night but I loved being able to comfort him & make him feel safe. Mylo is very sweet & loving & as each moment goes by he gets a little more confident & comfortable."

Aly, who has documented her anxiety in touching and raw reveals on Instagram, is fresh from touting the benefits of Pilates, something she did during tough times when she admitted barely even being able to walk.

"I've felt disappointed & frustrated because it’s been hard to find a workout that doesn’t leave me feeling depleted & sicker," she told fans, adding that Pilates was the "own pace" solution that had gotten her back on her feet.
