‘This Is Us’ Star Justin Hartley Settles His Divorce With Ex-Wife Chrishell Stause

‘This Is Us’ star Justin Hartley and ‘Selling Sunset’ actress Chrishell Stause have settled their divorce, following a very public split.
According to new legal documents, obtained by The Blast, Justin submitted a judgment to the court, that contains settlement details and will ultimately determine when how the ex-couple will divide their property and money.
As we reported, Justin pulled the plug on his marriage to Chrishell, filing for divorce in November of 2019.
As you know, Stause hasn't been shy about sharing divorce drama on her hit reality show ‘Selling Sunset’, and Hartley has officially moved on with a model.

We're told there was no prenup in the relationship, but Justin will keep the real estate he owned going into the marriage.
In documents filed by Chrishell's celebrity attorney, Samantha Spector, she asked for spousal support from Justin, and also requested that her name be restored back to her maiden name. We're told Justin WILL pay some spousal support for half the amount of time they were married (3 years) but he will keep his 'This Is Us' money.
After almost five years together, Justin cited irreconcilable differences as his reason for their split. Interestingly, Chrishell did not agree with the date of separation on Justin’s petition for divorce, after the former pair were photographed together only two weeks before Justin filed to end the marriage.
During one of the episodes of ‘Selling Sunset’, the cameras were there to catch Chrishell crying with her friends over her split with Hartley.
Just days after Justin and Chrishell's divorce played out on 'Selling Sunset', the 'This Is Us' star went Instagram official with his new girlfriend, Sofia Pernas. It was reported that Chrishell was blindsided by the divorce, and news of Justin's new leading lady.
Fun fact...Justin, Chrishell, and Sofia all appeared on 'Young and the Restless', and Sofia had been his love interest on the long-running soap opera. Justin posted a picture of himself and Sofia in a New Years' post on Instagram. He wrote, "Last minutes of 2020 here in LA. Bring on 2021! Happy New Year!" Sofia also showed off her new love by saying, "Sayonara 2020, it’s been real. Happy New Year from our quarantine den to yours."
After a recent announcement, ‘This Is Us’ fans have had to wait a few weeks to enjoy new episodes. One of ‘This Is Us’ producers, Dan Fogelman tweeted, “No new episode of #ThisIsUs tonight – Covid-related production delays in LA have forced us to delay a few weeks. But the next few are big ones, and we are close, so we hope you’ll hang in there with us. Sorry!”
Justin has had enormous success as Kevin Pearson on the hit show ‘This Is Us’. He recently took to his Twitter to give a shout-out to his TV family with a sweet post. He said, “Thanks @CriticsChoice for the nomination! Very much appreciated. And a big congrats to my brother @SterlingKBrown and my @NBCThisIsUs family for their noms! Love this show and everyone involved”.
