The birthday girl is sporting a new birthday hairstyle!!

Dove Cameron turned 25-years-old on Friday. The "We Belong" singer celebrated her special day by sharing a stunning selfie. Dove is known for her long blonde hair but the new photo featured a shocking but lovely hair change. She went full cotton candy pink! She snapped the pic while she was being doted on by her glam squad... it's nice to be pampered on your birthday!

The Seattle native rarely shares self-serving posts but she wanted to get a little acknowledgment for the 25th year.

"it’s my birthday ??‍♀️," she captioned her sweet selfie.

Many of her famous friends reached out and wished her well in the comments section of her post.

"happy bdayyyy!!!" Lil Nas X wrote, while Bella Thorne said, "Happy birthday beautiful sweet loving gurl."

About a week before she celebrated her 25th time around the sun, the actress/singer showed off her latest tattoo. The already heavily inked star got the world "Alchemical" permanently tattooed on her shoulder. Her followers asked her to confirm that the body art was new and she replied that it was "new new."

Let us give you our interpretation of the meaning behind the new ink. Alchemical is an adjective relating to the practice of alchemy. Alchemy is essentially a magical process that transforms one thing into another. In literature, it is usually referenced when someone tries to turn lead into gold but it also has more philosophical meanings too. It can also be described as the process of emotionally/spiritually transforming, which we think Dove buys into. Therefore, she is labeling herself alchemical or labeling herself spiritually transformed. Get it?

Dove showed off some of her other tattoos when she wished her millions of fans a happy new year on December 31. Her giant snake tattoo was visible on the top of her foot and just stuck out of her fantastic white heels. She has a matching snake on her index finger as well. As we previously mentioned, Cameron has a lot of ink but we think it's worth mentioning the tribute tattoo she got for her late friend and "Descendants" costar, Cameron Boyce. She got a revolver with a single rose sticking out of the barrel on her forearm. She explained that she is very pro-gun regulation. She said the tattoo is a commonly recognized anti-gun violence symbol that alines with Boyce's sentiment.
