Constance Wu is set to welcome her second child with Ryan Kattner. The actress was recently seen on Tuesday as she was out and about with a baby bump visibly peeking out from under her shirt.

She kept the news of her pregnancy out of the news, previously doing the same when she was pregnant with her daughter in 2020.

Wu earlier revealed in her memoir that she once attempted suicide in the wake of backlash over her comments on the renewal of her show "Fresh Off the Boat" in 2019.

She also talked in depth in the book about being raped right as she was beginning her acting career.

According to Page Six, Wu is expecting a child with her partner Kattner, although she is yet to confirm her pregnancy.

The actress was snapped while out and about on Tuesday with a baby bump clearly protruding from underneath her top.

For the outing, the 40-year-old dressed casually, donning a striped shirt and black sweats atop a pair of sneakers. She matched the outfit with a black cap and oval-shaped sunglasses.

Her decision not to announce the pregnancy came as no surprise as she previously left the media out of the loop all through when she was pregnant with her daughter in 2020.

Wu has been similarly mum about her relationship with Kattner, the frontman for the experimental rock band ManMan.

Although not much is known about her daughter, Wu has revealed some intimate information about the toddler in the past. The actress told Jimmy Fallon during an interview in 2021 that her daughter had a rare Mongolian spot, medically known as congenital melanocytosis.

"Her butt is the color blue. There's this thing, I had never heard of it before, but it's called a Mongolian spot," Wu said of the birthmark.

"Apparently, it happens in a lot of Asian babies, and my boyfriend and I are both Asian," she added during the conversation held in May of the year. "And it's where your butt is blue for like the first two years of your life, and then it just goes away."

Wu told reporters the following October that her kid never stays motionless "for more than 10 minutes."

Wu had in the past attempted suicide following backlash after she tweeted that she was "so upset" over her show "Fresh Off the Boat" getting greenlit for another season in 2019.

In her memoir, "Making a Scene," she shared that a former female co-star was one of those who criticized her over her then tweet, which triggered within her a severe state of emotional instability.

The actress recalled attempting to jump off the railing of her fifth-floor apartment in New York City but was saved by a friend who came around in the nick of time.

"[She] pried me from the balcony edge and dragged me to the elevator and down into a cab, where she breathlessly called my publicist for help because she was scared for my life," Wu said of the friend, per Page Six.

She also detailed in the memoir about being raped just at the start of her career in the acting industry. "The Crazy Rich Asians" star said it happened following a date outing with an aspiring novelist named Ty.

Wu claimed to have gone to his place after the outing, ignoring the warning bells that rang in her head. "He didn't look threatening or shady in any way, and if you had been there, you would have agreed," she penned, per Page Six.

Reflecting on the incident, the actress said she wouldn't have fought back because her younger self wasn't ready for the drama that ensued with such incidents.

"Because when I think about the girl I was back then, I understand what she was going through," Wu added. "She wasn't yet ready to bear the insults and derision that follow when women make scenes. And I wouldn't make her do something before she was ready."
