Wendy Williams Reveals The State Of Her Relationship With Ex-Husband Kevin Hunter

Wendy Williams, the talk show host, has revealed the type of relationship she now has with her ex-husband Kevin Hunter. Even after William's divorce from Hunter, she still seems to have a fairly good relationship with him. Unlike few people we see out there, who decide to not have any kind of relationship with their divorcees. Williams shows that she is a strong and a loving woman and mother as she makes sure her child still has his father in his life no matter what had transpired between the couple.

Wendy Joan Williams is an American TV host who was born July 18th 1964 in Asbury Park, New Jersey. She is a businesswoman, TV personality and Writer.  Williams is also a producer. She is the talk show host of her own show named “The Wendy Williams Show,” she was previously a radio DJ in New York City known as a Shock Jockette. Williams in 2009, was inducted into the “National Radio Hall of Fame.” The 56-year-old talk show host has various product lines. When she clocked 50, the council of Asbury Park in New Jersey renamed the street where Williams grew according to her name “Wendy Williams Way.” What an achievement!

Williams was married to Hunter since 1997. Kevin Hunter was born in Ontario, Canada before moving to the United States for work. Hunter was Williams' former producer on her talk show “The Wendy Williams Show.” They met each other in the 90s, he was several years younger than her. They soon started a romantic relationship, and got married in November 1997. They were blessed with a son on August 18, 2000, who they named Kevin Hunter JR.

Williams' relationship had actually been filled with scandals from the start, but they stayed with each other through it all. They got divorced in April 2019 after over 20 years of marriage.

A few years after they got married, Williams realized that Hunter had cheated on her. Williams talked about it in her book called “Wendy's Got The Heat.”  She forgave Hunter for his infidelity. She also said to “VladTV” that she had no regrets with the decision she had taken.

In 2017, reports of Hunter cheating on his wife spread like wildfire. He was accused of cheating on Williams with a massage therapist named Sharina Hudson and there were rumors that she was pregnant.

Williams reveals that she and her ex-husband still communicate. On January 14, she disclosed the present state of her relationship with her ex-husband Hunter. She said “He calls from time to time, I don't block his number though, he is my sons father.” She revealed that Hunter attended her mother's funeral after her passing late last year.

Following the scandal, that brought an end to their marriage its pretty obvious that Hunter's disloyalty really affected Williams. She said with tears rolling down her cheeks, “This is the culmination of everything” repeating “everything” several times.

However, by the end of January, the premiere of Williams' biopic “Wendy Williams:The Movie,” which centers on her past marriage with Hunter and personal difficulties she faced, is highly anticipated by fans.
