At just 27-years-old, country music phenom Morgan Wallen has already broken records that stars triple his age haven't been able to touch, and he seemingly feels blessed as ever to have been able to accomplish such momentous feats.

In a new revealing chat with Entertainment Tonight, Wallen breaks down his recent project, "Dangerous: The Double Album," a performance on "Saturday Night Live," as well as some candid details about his thoughts regarding fatherhood and where life may end up taking him next.

His Latest Success

Although eager to discuss his album, Wallen was equally eager to open up about his most recent succesful endeavor, hosting a socially-distanced concert after roughly 10 months of not being able to perform whatsoever.

"I played here for a couple of charity events… but first time my name's on the marquee," Wallen said of the event and how his newfound fame is affecting him. "I guess I started to get used to it, I think. It took me a little while. I don't know what to expect in the future. I think it seems like things are just continuing to grow, but as of right now, I feel pretty good."

Leaked Music

After working on the 30 song project for about two and a half years, Wallen was angered to learn that the work somehow leaked online ahead of its scheduled official release date.

"At first, I think I was pretty pissed," he said of his feelings in the moment. "I had to be talked down a little bit…And I started to think about it, maybe this ain't such a bad thing. Maybe it'll create another story. Maybe it'll give us some more coverage than we originally didn't plan on. I just try to focus on the positives and not dwell."

Learning A Lesson

"I got to be careful with who I keep around me," the country star relegated after the ordeal led to the new music getting to fans earlier than officially planned.

"I'm real outgoing, especially when I do start drinking I like everyone for the most part. And then it just can get a little muddy because everybody doesn't have your best interest at heart. I think it took me a second to realize that, but that's definitely something I've learned."

On Fatherhood

Although Wallen admits he was "pretty much finished with the writing aspect" of the new album by the time his son, Indigo, was born in July, which means that although this project won't contain references to fatherhood, future projects surely will.

With that being said, Wallen plans to take a "little hiatus" and focus on raising his son in the wake of the album release, reassuring fans that him and the baby are "real good" and that they'll hear more from him soon enough.
