YFN Lucci Surrenders To Police For Alleged involvement In Murder Case

On Tuesday, news broke ofYFN Lucci being wanted by Atlanta police for his connection in the murder of 28-year-old James Adams last month.
Multiple charges are on the table which include felony murder, aggravated assault, participation in criminal street gang activity, and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, according to 11 Alive.
The Think It's A Game Records rapper initially didn't turn himself in as on Wednesday, he was promoting his "Rolled On" music video featuring Mozzy.
Lucci Finally Turns Himself Into Police
According to 11 Alive, Lucci also eventually turned himself into police late Wednesday night in Atlanta. The Shade Room also release photos of his mugshots as he will reportedly make his first court appearance on Thursday.
The initial incident of the shooting occurred on December 10 at Peoples Street in the southwest area of the city. Police arrived at the scene at 5:20 p.m.
There, they found Adams lying down in the middle of a street with a gun shot wound to the head. Another man was shot as he was in a "private vehcile." He survived his injuries and police believe these two shootings are related.
Two Other Men Charged In Connection To The Shooting
The Atlanta Police Department also revealed that three men were put into custody as well for their alleged involvement in the shooting that day. Two of them have been charged so far. They are 17-year-old Leroy Pitts and 23-year-old Ra'von Boyd.
Pitts is charged with felony murder, aggravated assault, participation in criminal street gang activity, and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony. Boyd faces felony murder, aggravated assault, participation in criminal street gang activity, possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
Lucci Hasn't Spoken Out Publicly About The Incident Yet
As seen on his social media feeds over the last two days, Lucci hasn't spoken out about the charges or regarding any information of what happened in Atlanta last month. He has since been re-posting people's Instagram stories of a short clip of his Rolled On music video. This record appeared on his "Wish Me Well 3" album, which was released six days before the incident. This album was a project that fans waited on for over a few years.
Lucci Released Three Projects In 2020
Lucci was very consistent with his music as usual last year. First, he released the deluxe edition to his 2019 "HIStory" album. That project featured City Girls, Yo Gotti, Boosie Badazz, and more.
In April, he put out his "Corona Pack" EP. Wish Me Well 3 had 21 tracks in total as it included artists such as Jeezy, Rick Ross, and Mulatto. Mulatto was featured on the remix to his latest hit single, "Wet." The overall fan reaction to WMW3 was fairly positive. Now, we will see what happens regarding his current circumstances.
