‘RHOC’ Star Alexa Curtin Arrested Again, Still In Custody

"Real Housewives of Orange County" star Alexa Curtin is back in custody after being a fugitive for over a year.
According to court records obtained by The Blast, Alexa was arrested on January 8th, 2021, and is in custody while awaiting her next court appearance that will take place in two weeks. Besides drug possession, Alexa has pending criminal cases that involve vandalism, DUI, driving without a valid driver’s license, vandalism, and petty theft.
We broke the story, back in December of 2019, Alexa Curtin’s bond was “forfeited” when she failed to appear for a her hearing, and a warrant was issued for her arrest.
The Blast
The reality star was busted last week and is currently in jail with bail set for $140,000. It’s surprising she is not being held without bail, since it took over a year for Alexa to finally face the music for her drug issues. There is a pretrial hearing set for January 26th and a jury trial set for February 4th.
Prior to the ‘RHOC’ alum’s current arrest, Alexa Curtin’s warrant was issued after a string of arrests led to drug-related offenses, DUI, and keying her boyfriend’s car. We also broke the story, Alexa had been arrested just nine days after being released from jail for bailing on hearings in her other criminal cases.
Alexa Curtin, who is the daughter of ‘RHOC’ star Lynne Curtin, has plead not guilty to all of her pending criminal charges. She will face an Orange County judge in a few weeks and we’re guessing they will not be pleased with the reality star. Alexa has been arrested multiple times and has had run-ins with the law for almost four years.
Curtin has not only had legal issues in criminal court, she has also had trouble with her personal life. The Blast broke the story, Alexa filed for divorce from her estranged husband Michael DeVecchio, after six years of marriage.

According to court docs obtained by The Blast, the ex-reality star filed a joint petition for dissolution of marriage, with a date of marriage of November 28, 2013, and a date of separation of June 1, 2015. The ex-couple filed their divorce judgment the same day they filed their joint divorce petition.
In some criminal cases, prosecutors can combine multiple offenses and cases and the defendants can get a plea deal for an overall sentence. Problem is, it’s up to a judge to determine the sentence, and Alexa has a laundry list of offenses. We’re guessing the judge will not be lenient when it comes to the outcome of Alexa’s sentence. With her lengthy criminal history, Alexa could face significant jail time.
