Luke Evans, is a renowned Welsh actor and singer, who kicked off his career in the early 2000s. He has made a name for himself in the movie industry, which now makes him a force to be reckoned with. Evans is one of very few actors who gets off on bringing the hardest movies roles to life, currently, he is staring in a true crime drama titled "The Pembrokeshire Murders." The British film, is centered around the killings by a Welsh serial killer known as John Cooper. Evans plays the role of detective chief superintendent Steve Wilkins, in the 3-part drama.

Between year 2000 and 2008, Evans featured in several movies including “Miss Saigon,” “Rent,” “La Cava,” “Taboo” and so on. Although he began his career quite late, the 41-year-old soon became a fan favorite and amassed a vast and loyal fan base.

In the novel adaptation, he played the character of Craig Stokes. By 2018, Evans secured a role in a TNT drama called “The Alienist.” Finally, Evans currently holds the title for Man of the Year as awarded to him by Virgin Atlantic Attitude Awards.

Ever since he became a movie sensation, Evans has done well to keep his personal life out of the public eye. In a UK “Gay Times” article, the actor mentioned that whenever he visited a gay pub, people would come up to him to air their astonishment about his gay identity.

Although he is a very private person, fans were glad when he revealed that he was now romantically involved with Rafael Olarra, a formal football defender. The duo took their relationship public in February 2020 through a video that Evans shared.

Sadly, eight months into the relationship, fans were convinced that the lovers had broken up as they unfollowed each other on social media. Speaking about the split with “The Times” Evans said “It is what it is.”
