Amanda Kloots Criticized For Not Grieving Enough

It has been a trying period for the fitness instructor since losing her husband, Nick Cordero, in 2020 due to COVID-19 complications. Sadly, late last month, the talk show host's life was upended again when she learned her mother-in-law Lesley Cordero had died.

However, according to a previous report by The Blast, some people questioned how she grieved her death, but she quickly addressed the situation.

Soon after the actress announced the unexpected passing of Lesley, thanking her for her impact on her and her grandson Elvis, people expected to see her crying for a while. Therefore, when she opted to go dancing, a critic questioned her motive and demanded she stops dancing to focus on mourning her mother-in-law.

In responding to the DM sent by the entitled follower, the 40-year-old decided to educate the user, writing:

"A very powerful thing I've learned through grief is what I need to do for myself to release the pain- what helps me to process the trauma so it doesn't stay stuck. One thing I do is workout and the other @dancingwiththestars really helped me realize, dance. Dancing every day during that show released stored pain that I didn't even know I still had in my body."
