Jen Selter Celebrates Valentine's Day In Her Little Red Bikini

Model Jen Selter is having a fantastic Valentine's Day at the beach!

On Tuesday, February 14, the 29-year-old fitness influencer took to Instagram to share a trio of stunning photos that featured her flaunting her sunned buns at the beach in her little red bikini!

In her latest Instagram post, the popular fitness trainer stood beside the ocean as she flaunted her fit physique in a little red bikini. Her tiny red thong shows off her sunned buns as she turns toward the ocean, looking back at the camera over one shoulder.

In the caption, Jen revealed that she got her red matching set from Alo Yoga, where she also gets most of her activewear from! In the caption, she wished her followers a "Happy Valentine's Day" and gave them some love advice!

In the caption, Jen wrote, “Being alone today may leave you down as It's easy to let social media make you feel like something is missing if you’re not in a relationship on this particular day! Remember, you are so much more than your relationship status!!! Don’t just settle to settle! I personally enjoy being alone until I find the right one.”

“TREAT YOURSELF TODAY!!” she added. “Buy yourself something you’ve had your eye on. Don’t worry about ‘calories’ and eat an entire box of chocolate - from you to you. Order in a yummy dinner!! You don’t need someone else to make you happy today. The day is all about love, and it’s always important to love yourself first!!”

In the third and final snap of her Instagram carousel, Jen seems to be in a celebratory mood as she throws both hands up over her head. Her toned abs are on full display as she smiles for the shot, her bare feet buried in the wet sand.

In another Instagram video, set to a radio edit of DJ Dark and Mentol’s “Mood,” Jen shared her morning routine with her followers. She starts her day by holding up an apple in front of the camera. After cooking some oatmeal and pecans on the stovetop, she adds the diced apple and tops it with chocolate chips and cinnamon.

After eating breakfast and lighting a candle, she sets to work on her computer. Jen then heads down to her yoga mat and stretches back and forth. She moves through a variety of yoga positions before she spends some time on her stair climber. She later ends the video by posing on her balcony.

“NEW WEEK, FRESH START!!! How is everyone feeling today?!! A productive morning looks different to everyone and can look different every day but here are a few things that make me feel my best!” Jen wrote in the caption.

“1. Make a yummy healthy breakfast. 2. Eat slowly and write out my to-do list. My new approach is making a very specific list of the top things that I HAVE to prioritize and DO that day vs my never-ending overwhelming list!”

“3. Stretch and get a workout in ( whenever I say I will work out after work hours at the end of the day— I end up having an excuse 4. GET SOME FRESH AIRRRRR,” she concluded, reminding her followers that she picked up her outfit from @aloyoga.
