Actress Sharon Stone is grieving the death of her brother, Patrick Joseph Stone, in a highly emotional video.
Nearly two years after losing her nephew River, Sharon lost her brother, Patrick, to a heart attack. He suffered from heart disease, and his wife Tasha broke the news of his death with their family, friends, and fans.
Patrick and Tasha were parents to 11-month-old River, who died in August 2021 from total organ failure. Shortly before River's death, Sharon posted a photo of him in the hospital and asked for people to pray for a miracle. Upon his death, the actress posted a tribute video of her nephew to announce his passing and honor his memory.

Sharon Stone Grieves The Death Of Her Brother Patrick
The "All I Wish" actress has broken her silence on the death of her brother Patrick. Sharon took to Instagram to share a video confirming the passing of her brother. She also shared a photo of them together with the heartbreaking caption, "RIP My brother Patrick Joseph Stone."

Aside from Patrick, Sharon has two siblings, a sister named Kelly and a brother named Michael. Kelly is more private, while Michael is an actor with credits in 1999s "The Quick and the Dead" and 2021s "Renaissance Man."
Sharon wrote about her relationship with her siblings, especially Patrick and Michael, in her book, "The Beauty of Living Twice." In the book, the actress said she and Patrick were very close, and she's only recently begun to get close to Michael. The last time she posted Patrick on her social media was when they went on a family trip to Alaska in September 2018.
Patrick Stone Died From A Heart Attack
Sharon Stone's brother, Patrick, died unexpectedly in his Pennsylvania home on Sunday at the age of 57. A source at the local coroner's office spoke to TMZ and revealed that Patrick died from sudden cardiac death. He was reportedly already suffering from heart disease but it's unclear if he was hospitalized around the time he died.
Per the news outlet, Tasha, Patrick's widow, announced the news of his death to their family, friends, and fans. She wrote, "My heart feels like it's been ripped out of my chest. Patrick went to be with our sweet River … I don't know what else to say, he was my world."
Tasha further wrote, "I'm not sure what life is supposed to look like without my husband by my side and quite honestly I don't want to, but I will of course. I just hope that you always stay by my side watching over Hunter, Kaylee, and I."

Patrick and Tasha's son, River, died from total organ failure at 11 months in August 2021. The couple had barely mourned their baby boy before Patrick began his heart disease battle. In her message for Patrick's death, she shared her wish for father and son to reunite in the afterlife.
Tasha wrote, per Page Six, "Until we meet again I will forever hold you and our wonderful (and some not so wonderful but just as important) memories close to my heart and will visit those memories always. I love you, honey babe. My wish through all of this is that now at least River has his daddy with him and I hope the two of you are having the best time."
Sharon Stone Asked For Prayers Shortly Before River's Death
Sharon first revealed to fans that River's body had entered total organ failure a few days before he passed. She posted a photo of her nephew in his hospital bed on her Instagram and captioned it, "My nephew and godson River Stone was found in his crib w total organ failure today."
The "Casino" actress asked fans to "Please pray for him," saying their family needs a miracle. When River, unfortunately, died days later, Sharon posted another video to announce his passing and honor the memories of his short life. She captioned it, "River William Stone Sept. 8, 2020 – Aug. 30, 2021."
The video Sharon posted showed River laughing and smiling with his family while wearing only a diaper and a floral shirt. She used Eric Clapton's "Tears In Heaven" as the soundtrack for the tribute clip, a song Clapton wrote after his son's tragic death.
