Future's Baby Mama Eliza Reign Claps Back At Critics Regarding $1,000 Monthly Child Support Offer

Futureand his latest baby mama, Eliza Reign, have been going at it legally since 2018. Then, that's where the model and Miami native revealed that she was pregnant by the Atlanta rapper. She went on to give birth to the child in May 2019. 

In May 2020, it was confirmed according to a DNA test that Reign took that Future is the father of the child. Following that announcement, he went on a Twitter rant as the child support battle also ensues. 

Last year, Future offered $1,000 per month in child support but Reign and her lawyer quickly objected to that. They viewed this as a low ball offer and want to work further to get her the funds Reign believes she deserves. 

On Tuesday, she took to her Instagram feed to explain how $1,000 isn't enough to take care of her baby. She also doesn't agree with how people on social media continue to tell her to take the $1,000 and move on. 

In Reign's post, she added how people don't support Black women when they deal with what she goes through. When it comes to white women though, she says people love when they score millions of dollars in court.

"Truth is black people are conditioned so deeply to hate ourselves, especially black women that we don't even realize it. Y'all tell me 'take the 1000 and move on' 'it don't even take 1000 to raise a baby.' But when these white women hit the blogs asking for 9 million, here y'all go 'AS SHE SHOULD."

Future took to his Twitter feed to subliminally address Reign's comments, and he seemed fed up. He said that blogs need to start talking about things that will change the world and not groupies, which seemed to be aimed at Reign. 

That tweet ended up being deleted but appeared to address the situation further as he tweeted "Leave me out the convo 2021 and see how far u can get. Love yourself." He added "Same s*it y'all already knew last year. Same topic #Boring."

According to court documents received by The Blast in October, a strategy that Reign is using to try to get the amount of money she desires is seeing Future's financial records. This includes bank statements, tax documents, and more. 

A judge originally ruled that Future should pay $3,200 in child support monthly but Reign believes that his income states that he is more than able to provide more than that amount. It now appears that this battle will continue well into 2021 as well.
