'RHOM' Star Lisa Hochstein Continues To Rack Up Massive Legal Bill, Work On Divorce Stalled

Lisa Hochstein is racking up one hell of a billin her pursuit to get a fair divorce from Lenny Hochstein.

The Real Housewives of Miami star is currently in a disgusting divorce battle with her ex, Lenny and while he was the one who wanted the divorce, Lisa is the one running up a huge tab. A tab she hasn’t put any money towards yet.

Her lawyers have now filed legal paperwork to get their money and they claim she owes them more than $85,000. The court docs obtained by Page Six say that she owes “$49,171.48 for legal fees, costs, and suit monies due to Leinoff & Lemos, P.A.”

The document also says that she owes another firm a whole lotta money too. $35,841.90 to be exact to the accounting firm Kaufman Rossin & Co. for their services. In total, that’s a shocking $85,013.38 total and they will be applying interest as soon as they can.

The mom of two obtained the lawyers and the accounting firm on April 26 and hasn’t paid a dime since. Chances are she is waiting for Lenny to pay the legal fees as a part of her settlement, but it seems like her team wants their coins now.

The legal team is insisting that Lisa pay the outstanding balance with her settlement from Lenny, now. Does that mean Lisa’s divorce is finalized? Lisa, on the other hand, Lisa is insisting via a rep that she is waiting on a scheduled hearing before she shells out any money.

“As is customary in divorce proceedings, there is a hearing scheduled in April to determine who’s responsible for the legal fees.” The rep went on to say, “As of now, Lenny is not giving the support that is customary in this situation.” This is kind of insinuating that Lenny is holding out on purpose.

Lenny holding out comes as no surprise to those who watch RHOM,  know that the “world-renowned plastic surgeon” has been acting a plum fool on camera.

Not only is Lenny barely filming the reality show now, but whenever he is on camera, he is doing something weird like building a pillow fort to shield himself or talking to Lisa in such a harsh tone that it’s almost rough to watch all the way through (almost).

Lisa is looking like a saint because we see her side of how tortured she is over the breakup. She regularly says that she doesn’t want a divorce, and to this day, she is adamant about wanting her man back and the life she used to live.

Lisa has even shared that she is struggling to live without Lenny. The peacock star filed papers stating that she can’t afford diapers or food to take care of her children. She isn’t even concerned about herself; she is worried about how her kids are suffering.

Lenny has swiftly moved on to a family friend and frequent Hochstein house party attendee while trying to kick Lisa and the kids out of the home they’ve shared basically their entire marriage. Not a good look, Lenny.
