Taylor Swift Releases A Special Limited Edition Record For Valentine's Day!

Taylor Swift fans are feeling the love!

The "Lover" songstress is well-known for dropping surprises; her 2020 albums "folklore" and "evermore" were both announced without prior promotion, and she loves hinting at future releases through intricate easter eggs.

Her merchandise collection is no exception; she has also been known to drop merch with the help of easter eggs.

Swift would acknowledge the yearly ode to love, Valentine's Day, without any type of hint! The 33-year-old's official management team announced a heart-shaped vinyl release of "Lover: Live From Paris," a live show performed in Paris, France, on September 9th, 2019, in support of Swift's first self-owned album "Lover," which was released a few days later!

Swift's fanbase of 'Swifties' was gifted an early Valentine's Day present on Monday with the announcement of a heart-shaped vinyl release of "Lover: Live From Paris." The tracks were previously available on streaming services.

The "Death By A Thousand Cuts" singer had previously given love to her Paris gig by releasing a concert film known as the "City Of Lover" concert during the early days of the pandemic. The show was released as a TV special and aired on ABC in May of 2020!

This particular Paris show was certainly a moment in time for Swifties. According to Variety, the audience had been comprised of contest winners flown to Paris to witness an exclusive performance of "Lover" tracks!

Taylor Nation announced the LP's release on their social media accounts on Monday. Fans' hearts were soon sent a-flutter on Twitter and Instagram as they celebrate the surprise announcement!

Multiple fans posted screenshots of their carts from Swift's official merchandise cart.

"get yourself a girl who rushes to buy you the limited edition #loverlivefromparis vinyl for valentines day like my partner did," a Swiftie in love tweeted.

"i get mystified by how the #LoverLiveFromParis vinyl screams my name," another heart-eyed Swiftie tweeted.

"I swear to be over dramatic about these #LoverLiveInParis heart-shaped vinyls for Valentine's Day," a Swiftie tweeted, borrowing a reference from the lyrics of "Lover."

"i can't believe i actually managed to get one," another Swiftie tweeted. The vinyl is only available while supplies last; a number of Swifties also tweeted they weren't able to snag a copy before available records ran out.

"They sold out in a half hour I'm about to see them upsold and I'm crushed. I want one so bad," a Swiftie wrote. A fellow Swiftie responded, saying, "Literally there are 70+ eBay listings for these, it's disgusting."

"these are so pretty!! why does everything have to be so limited though :(" another fan asked.

"YOURE TELLING ME WE GET TO HEAR CONELIA STREET LIVE ON OUR RECORD PLAYER?! SCREAMING CRYING BEST DAY OF MY LIFE," a Swiftie exclaimed.

As of this writing, the record's supply has run out and is no longer available, according to Swift's official merch store. Perhaps a Valentine's Day restock? Only time will tell!
