Madonna is brazenly letting the world know that she is unapologetic for who she is! The superstar dubbed the "Queen of Pop," has constantly made headlines for her eccentric fashion vibes and sensual nature, which haters openly disapproved of.
Nevertheless, she remains unconcerned as she flaunts a new raunchy denim look not long after being criticized for ruining her appearance with multiple surgeries.
Madonna Rocks Shredded Denim Look In Bald-faced Instagram Pictures
The iconic pop singer recently went all denim in a series of pictures posted on her Instagram Story, to which she attached a well-spelled-out message to haters. "Most Definitely Not Sorry," she wrote out on each snap, separating the four words. The first post showed her wearing the shredded denim outfit comprising overly ripped jeans trousers and a matching jacket.
Beneath the jacket was a black camisole while she hung a purse over her shoulder, crossing her chest. She added several pieces of jewelry to the outfit, including layers of necklace and cross earrings. Her hair, colored ginger with black roots, was parted in the middle and styled into two braided pigtails on her shoulders.
Madonna could be seen looking defiantly at the camera while standing with both legs apart on a red patterned carpet in the middle of a wall and dividing curtains. She captioned the update with "Most" written in red, unlike the following post, which was captioned "Definitely" in white text. The snap gave fans a closer look at her upper body with her leaning sideways and rebelliously sticking her tongue out.
In the third image captioned "Not" in green, the Raising Malawi founder's lower body was captured in what looked like a studio with instruments in the background. Fans would notice her denim pants were more ragged at her thigh to knee, revealing black stockings paired with chunky black boots featuring silver studs.
In the final slide, she showed only her boot-clad legs, crossed at the ankles, with a little part of her jeans showing. She added "Sorry" written in white and tagged "@vetements_official" and "@matieresfecales." Madonna's cheeky message seems to target those who frowned on her appearance at the 65th Grammy Awards ceremony, where she awarded Kim Petras and Sam Smith for Best Pop Duo/Group Collaboration.
As reported, she was not taken with people paying attention to just her looks and not the inspiring words she uttered while presenting the award. She took to Instagram to give a piece of her mind, divulging that she initially wanted to give the Album of the year award but realized that it was more important to present to the "first trans-woman performing at the Grammys."
The "4 Minutes" songstress referred to Petras and felt it was "a history-making moment" coupled with the fact that the "Unholy" singer won a Grammy. Speaking of her appearance at the ceremony, which critics believed was ruined by too many surgeries, she claimed that the camera made her look more swollen than her actual face.
Madonna then censured the trolls saying she was "caught in the glare of ageism and misogyny" in a world that failed to honor women over the age of 45. Instead, they were punished for remaining "strong-willed, hard-working and adventurous."
Regardless, she saw the criticisms as "a test" and declared her eagerness to "do the trailblazing so that all the women behind me can have an easier time in the years to come."
The Maverick CEO Wields Sex Whip While Giving Speech At The 2023 Grammys
Not only was Madonna's face at the Grammy's condemned, but her inclusion of a whip to her ensemble offended viewers as they took to social media to rant. The record producer's outfit comprised a white button-down shirt under a fitted black blazer paired with a skirt.
While introducing Smith and Petras for their "Unholy" performance, she bellowed to the crowd: "are you ready for a little controversy?" and revealed a sex whip.
The act caused an uproar on Twitter, with many slamming her and some showing approval. One user wrote, “Lawddd… it's Black history month, and Madonna on stage at the #GRAMMYs with a whip in her hand."
A second commenter showed they were attracted to anyone holding a whip but were not taken with the 64-year-old. On the other hand, a supporter gushed, "Madonna carrying a whip is 100% on brand."
