Blame it on the a-a-a-a-alcohol… or lack thereof.
Kyle Richards is looking snatched and sexier than ever before. The reality TV star has been doing a health and wellness overhaul, and her body is proof its working.
“The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star has been accused of using Ozempic for her quick and drastic weight loss, but she’s denied several times… that aint it!
Kyle Richards Isn't An Ozempic User... "Never Have, Never Will"
She attributed her weight loss and snatched bod to working out two hours per day and diet.
But, during a recent Q&A on social media, the housewife may have revealed the real secret behind her weight loss.
February 15th will mark seven months since Richards put an alcoholic beverage to her lips.
Her health and wellness journey has also included cutting out alcohol and working on her sobriety.
Richards Can Attribute Her Weight Loss To Sobriety!
When asked if she missed drinking, Richards responded, “Truth is I don’t miss it at all. I feel amazing, so don’t see the point right now.”
As for missing her cocktail of choice, margaritas… “So far, no.”
Richards doesn’t have a particular timeline of her sobriety journey, but she does know she will NOT be drinking during filming of season 13 of ‘RHOBH.’
On the first of the month, Richards went into more detail about her health journey.
Speaking to “Extra TV”, the ‘RHOBH’ star set the record straight on her quick and drastic weight loss.
Ozempic? OH NO... It's Au Natural!
“Sometimes I turn my cheek the other way and ignore it, but I work really hard and it really bothers me,” the Bravolebrity said. “I would like to be able to be an inspiration to people. So don’t think I took the easy way out.”
Richards continued to explain, “Follow what I’m doing and you’ll see changes.”
“I really put a lot of effort into my diet and exercise and taking care of myself, so when people like to think I took the easy way out, it’s frustrating,” she continued.
Richards began facing Ozempic weight loss claims in 2022.
The Type 2 Diabetes and obesity drug has become extremely in recent months not just for managing living with the disease, but also for quick and seemingly effortless weight loss.
Many people who do not suffer from Type 2 Diabetes or obesity have been taking it solely wanting to lose weight. It’s gotten out of control so much so that it caused a nationwide shortage.
Richards hit back at the claims in her Instagram comments section writing, ““This is not from plastic surgery. I’m honest about what I do. But if giving plastic surgery the credit makes you feel better then pop off.”
She doubled down about never ever using Ozempic on a different social media post writing, “I am NOT taking Ozempic. Never have.”
Some ‘Real Housewives’ took the “Ozempic opportunity” to throw one another under the bus.
The Blast recently reported on the “Real Housewives of Finger Pointing.”
Melissa Gorga of “The Real Housewives of New Jersey” franchise believed Richards used Ozempic to lose weight.
She appeared on Sirius XM’s “Jeff Lewis Live” where she told Andy Cohen that she just assumed that Richards was using the drug that some people are calling a miracle.
“I’m not gonna lie, when I first saw her, I was like, ‘Ooh she’s taking that stuff,’” she told the drama-loving host.
But after putting her foot in her mouth she was quick to brag about how great Richards is at keeping her body in shape naturally.
“And then, when she said that, I’m like, ‘Oh OK maybe not.’ You know, I don’t know. I didn’t even text her and ask her,” Gorga said.
