Tracy Cortez is known as an MMA fighter. Most recently, she won in a unanimous decision over Melissa Gatto at UFC 274 at Footprint Center in Phoenix.

She was scheduled to fight Amanda Ribas in Orlando in December, however, she pulled out last minute as she is focusing on her mental health.

Cortez continues to put her mental health as a priority as she is vacationing in Mexico, relaxing and soaking up the sun. The 29-year-old showed off her body as she lies on her back in a black, revealing bathing suit, putting her hips and curves on full display.

"🥀 Siri, play Andrea by bad bunny 🫶🏽☀️🌴🌊🖤🎶," she captioned the post.

Fans were quick to hit up the comments section as the post gained over 500 contributions.

One user wrote "I’ve never wanted to be a multicolored anything but today I wanna be a feather" in reference to Cortez's multi-colored feather tattoo on her hip.

Another chimed in saying, "Siri, play “I’m sprung” by T-Pain 😍" in reference to Cortez's caption, which another referenced as well writing, "ust listened to Andrea by bad bunny for the first time and I like it, it's pretty chill and perfect to listen to on the beach 🔥."

Cortez Focuses On Mental Health

Tracy Cortez was scheduled to fight Amanda Ribas in Orlando in December 2022, though, she pulled out last minute. At first, the promotion’s statement said she pulled out due to a “medical issue,” however, Cortez spoke out further explaining.

“I want to say I haven’t been in the right head space since sometime in August,” Cortez wrote on Instagram at the time. “Life has been testing me under circumstances that I least expected. I’m currently healing, I’m prioritizing my mental health [and] just taking life a day at a time.”

At this time, Cortez is unsure of when she will return to the Octagon, but she does anticipate fighting again. “I keep getting asked when I’m going to be scheduled for another fight [and] in all honestly I don’t know, BUT I will be back, strong, better [and] with a purpose far greater then I’ve ever had before!!!!” she wrote.

“I don’t quit. I’ve never been one to give up. I’m a fighter. I’m a warrior! I’ve been fighting with battles [and] life since I could remember [and] this is just another stage in life that I will come out victorious in. I don’t sit [and] wait for the storm to pass, I walk through it with my head high! “For anyone struggling with life right now, don’t quit,” she continued to explain on social media.

The 29-year-old UFC fighter then concluded with, “Take life a day at a time. Believe that everything happens for a reason, although we may not understand it right now or ever. Don’t lose hope.”
