Not Everyone Is Buying Armie Hammer's Suicide Reveal, DMs Back Up Alleged Lies

Armie Hammeris slowly trying to reverse the negative effects on his career, but not everyone is willing to listen or believe.

The disgraced actor recently shared with whatever fans he has left that he has been struggling with his mental health, even going as far as contemplating suicide back in 2021. In his first sit down interview post-scandal with Air Mail, he detailed the sad news.

“I just walked out into the ocean and swam out as far as I could and hoped that either I drowned, or was hit by a boat, or eaten by a shark,” recalls Armie who, at the time, was living in The Cayman Islands.

What stopped him was his family. “Then I realized that my kids were still on shore and that I couldn’t do that to my kids,” he recalled to the publication. The 36-year-old is trying to redeem himself and get back in the good graces of Hollywood it seemed.

His interview triggered one of his victims to call out the possible lie or over-exaggeration of the actor and even claimed, his suicide story was triggering and possibly fake.

Courtney Vucekovich, one of Armie’s alleged victims has already shared the familiar story with Page Six a while back. She took to her saved conversations with Armie messaging her a similar story of suicide.

“So, my dad and I are almost getting in to [sic] fist fights every night and my wife [Elizabeth Chambers] and I are fighting all day,” he began his DM to Courtney. “Then covid hits the [Cayman] island and they go full draconian shut down. No one allowed outside. At all. … So it becomes a pressure cooker. And I started to lose my mind.”

The cryptic message went on to say. “Long story short….I swam out really far in the ocean. Too far, and immediately realized how bad things had gotten.”

Armie went on to insist that he had since “got a therapist…got a plan to get out, but my plan was asinine.”

A source for Page Six shared that many people believe Armie is re-telling this story and changing the timeline because he wants “sympathy”. The source went on to dig into Armie. “He tried to say it was post-allegations. It shows how manipulative he still is by training to get sympathy.”

Armie has already “taken responsibility” for his alleged actions and said so in a statement via his lawyer when the scandal broke at the height of his career. “I’m here to own my mistakes, take accountability for the fact that I was an a–hole, that I was selfish, that I used people to make me feel better, and when I was done, moved on.”

Armie is being accused of all kinds of out-of-the-box accusations including cannibalism, and abuse of mistresses.

“I’m now a healthier, happier, more balanced person. I’m able to be there for my kids in a way I never was. I’m truly grateful for my life and my recovery and everything. I would not go back and undo everything that’s happened to me.”
