Jessica Simpson probably didn't count on this reaction when she showed off her natural beauty by posing without makeup and talking about motherhood. The 40-year-old star found herself under fire after she snapped a rare moment showing her taking a load off from her duties at home on Tuesday, December 29.
Snapping a shot of herself laying down and taking a break from the chaos of her three children, Jessica Simpson took breaths away posing without makeup but when her followers spotted something around her neck, things took a quick turn.
Keeping it casual in a black hooded sweatshirt, the blonde bombshell's attire immediately caught many people's attention. In the upper corner of her sweater, there was a painted third eye. That wasn't all. Jessica Simpson also displayed a third eye on a chain around her neck. The third eye usually symbolizes spaces of higher consciousness. According to several spiritual outlets, it's "associated with clairvoyance, out-of-body experiences, visions, and precognition."

Several fans immediately expressed their concern with Jessica Simpson representing the third eye by taking to her comment section and pointing to her Christian roots.
"That is definitely not a Christian necklace so I’m beginning to think you aren’t really Christian," one hater replied. "I thought you were Christian," commented another. "What's with the Illuminati necklace?" asked a third. Her necklace wasn't the only thing Jessica Simpson was dragged over either.
Some comments expressed their concern over her 100-pound weight loss. "You look so thin," a follower wrote. Others continued to hone in on Jessica Simpson's lips. Last week, fans filled up her comment section with speculation the popstar may have gotten lip injections. "No to the lips," one person replied to her third eye selfie.
