Bethenny Frankel Prepping Her Private Jet To Aid Turkey After Devastating Earthquake

Bethenny Frankel is using her BStrong fundraising efforts to help those affected by the earthquake in Turkey.

The former The Real Housewives of New York City star was horrified to find out that a 7.8 magnitude earthquake hit Turkey and the amount of people suffering is in the thousands so far. The mom of one hopped on IG Story to share her concern and what she plans on doing as soon as she gets the clearance from her BStrong partners.

The caption over the video says, “This Is A Crisis”. Bethenny pleads with her followers to pay attention. “My partner just called me that we have a team going into Turkey because of the terrible, terrible earthquake,” shares Frankel.

“He’s estimating the deaths to be catastrophic and comparing it to Haiti, where he was 90 times to over 90 times,” she says of the number of visits he made to help. “So I’m just waking up to this and it’s horrible.”

The entrepreneur who started BStrong after leaving RHONY went on to express her shock and sadness at the incident. “This is what I’m gonna get into,”  she told her followers, knowing that they would ask if she was going to help.

She implored her followers to donate on her website and indicates that she is about to get out of her bed and get to work! B wasn’t done there, she made another IG Story after receiving an update from her partner.

“Turkey update,” she screamed at followers. “It seems like it’s much worse than Haiti because of the structures that have been destroyed and you just don’t know how many people are under this rubble,” she admits frighteningly.

She says that the earthquake seems much more “expansive” and it’s significant. “we have a warehouse in Warsaw, Poland, it’s 33 thousand square foot, filled to the top with aid,” shares Bethenny. The plan is to “send trucks now which will take 2.5 days to get to Istanbul.”

The Skinny Girl founder has the means to charter a private jet to help and that is what she is doing! She tells her followers that in addition to the trucks, she has a PJ that can land close enough to make some things happen, relief-wise.

“Because of areas that are very difficult to reach, and you can’t fly in, we need to fly in a private plane which will be expensive!” claims Bethenny. “The sheltering of people will be a massive, massive part of our effort.”

Bethenny ensured her followers that “we are already on route,” and that “pictures of the warehouse will follow soon.” As mentioned earlier Bethenny and her team have been running BStrong for some time now.

The last major relief effort they helped in was the war in Ukraine. The BStrong team provides those in crisis with the things they need the most during hard times; they have everything from food, clothes, and toys, to homes and shelter for some of the most severe cases.
