Miley Cyrus Walks Sunset Strip Shirtless In Sheer Miniskirt

Miley Cyrus hasn't run out of ways to grab attention. The 28-year-old superstar singer last night prompted her 118 million Instagram followers to check out an unusual image, one that's currently sitting on photographer Brad Elterman's page. Miley, who has been going "BAD SANTA" in all kinds of open-coat and shirtless getups for a naughty Christmas 2020, was without a shirt and in a sheer skirt on The Sunset Strip, but there was nothing cheap about the look. Scroll for the photo. Miley's snap dates back to earlier this month, when an impromptu and candid moment saw her and Elterman photographed out on L.A.'s iconic strip, a vibe reflected by the recent Rolling Stone cover seeing Brad at work with Miley.

The photo showed both Miley and Brad out on a sidewalk and backed by plants. Miley was in all-black, flaunting her killer legs in fishnets, a sheer miniskirt peeking a thong, plus only a cropped leather biker jacket up top.

A caption from Brad, seen alongside the "Midnight Sky" singer and with a Leica camera around his neck, shouted her out.

"It was like @mileycyrus and I were right in the middle of a scene in LA DOLCE VITA as we strutted down The Sunset Strip together for @rollingstone ! Just as we were about to cross the street... @richgreens made this PHOTO! Enjoy your Sunday!! @rollingstone #leicaq."

Brad is behind the Rolling Stone cover Miley is fresh from fronting, one that saw her topless.

Miley, who reinvents herself as a punk rocker in her "Plastic Hearts" EP and big-tie channels singer Joan Jett, has been commented on by the man who has been photographing her.

“When I was taking her picture: It’s interesting. She turns her head a certain way in a certain pose, and she really reminded me of Joan back in the seventies,” Brad told Rolling Stone.

The photos come as Miley continues her signature cheeky streak – she was a "REBEL WITHOUT A CLAUS" over Christmas. See the open coat Santa photo below!

Miley's "Plastic Hearts" album, her seventh, follows the success of 2019-released "SHE IS COMING" and features her "Prisoner" collab with 25-year-old singer-songwriter Dua Lipa. Miley has been celebrating the album topping rock charts with its #1 slot.

"It’s official. Plastic Hearts is the album of the rock is no. 1 in the country. My head is exploding and my heart is filled with gratitude. Thank you to all the creative collaborators involved in this project. If you are missing one person, I would not be writing this message," Miley wrote to mark the achievement.
