Taylor Swift Shows Some Skin In ‘Midnight’ Blue Grammy Gown

Singer Taylor Swift never lets her Grammy gowns go out of "Style!"

Months after releasing her tenth studio album, "Midnights," the "Bejeweled" singer showed up to the 2023 Grammy Award red carpet in an ab-flaunting midnight blue gown with sparkling earrings that certainly captivated a lot of attention!

It looks like Roberto Cavalli creative director Fausto Puglisi is a big fan of Taylor’s new album!

According to The Hollywood Reporter, the midnight-blue two-piece silk gown didn’t just look expensive: it was also reportedly embroidered with micro-beads and Swarovski crystals.

Not to be outdone by her “Bejeweled” dress, the “Anti-Hero” singer reportedly decked herself out in more than $3 million in Lorraine Schwartz jewels.

The most obvious fashion statement was her oversized kite-shaped silver earrings, which were reportedly crafted from more than 136 carats of natural purple sapphires, paraiba tourmalines, and diamonds.

Although her feet and signature long legs were hidden underneath her gown, Taylor topped off her look with platform sandals by Giuseppe Zanotti.

Taylor Swift fans, known as Swifties, were big fans of her new look. They were even bigger fans of her Grammy win!

Taylor’s “All Too Well: The Short Film” was up against some stiff competition for Best Music Video. She ended up taking home the prize over Adele’s “Easy On Me,” BTS’ “Yet To Come,” Doja Cat’s “Woman,” Kendrick Lamar’s “The Heart Part 5,” and Harry Styles’ “As It Was.”

Shortly after her win was announced, the "Love Story" singer took to Twitter to thank her fans for their support. She tweeted, "I can’t put into words what this means to me. For the @RecordingAcad and my peers to acknowledge me as a director, and in doing so, acknowledge my work to try and reclaim my music… I’m blown away. Thank you to all the fans who willed this to happen."

Many fans were quick to applaud Taylor’s hard work. One fan commented, “So beyond happy for you that all of your hard work is being recognized by your peers. Your fans have known for years how truly talented you are but this validation from others who understand so much more what goes into it all must be so heartwarming. Congratulations.”

Another follower added, “We're so proud of you! You truly earned it, and to have written and directed it as well is astonishing. It's been incredible watching you reclaim your music and adding to the narrative of your past works. Love you.”

In December 2022, The Blast reported that the “I Bet You Think About Me” singer is ready is ready to make her feature film directorial debut using a script that she wrote herself. Although she has already written, directed, and starred in several of her music videos, this will be her first attempt to create something for the big screen.

There is not much information currently available about Taylor’s new movie. The film will be developed by Searchlight Pictures. (via The Hollywood Reporter). Searchlight presidents David Greenbaum and Matthew Greenfield released a statement with nothing but praise for Taylor’s vision. “Taylor is a once-in-a-generation artist and storyteller,” they said. “It is a genuine joy and privilege to collaborate with her as she embarks on this exciting and new creative journey.”

In September 2022, The Blast previously reported that Taylor had taken part in the “In Conversation With…” event to discuss her future career as a director at the 2022 Toronto Film Festival, where "All Too Well: The Short Film" had been screened.

When asked if she would be willing to direct a feature-length film, Taylor said at the time, “If it were the right thing, it would be such a privilege and honor.” She added that she would want to create a film that focused on “human emotion” instead of big-budget action scenes.
