The 29-year-old fitness influencer has been sharing a lot of videos with her puppy lately. In her latest video, Gram actually uses her famous booty as a step stool so he can nibble her hair!

In another recent Instagram post, set to the tune of “All Around The World,” Jen was back to practicing her splits. She is wearing purple leggings and a purple top as she backs herself down onto her booty.
Her long dark hair is tied back into a ponytail over one shoulder. As she sits down, her pet dog Gram can’t help but prop himself up on her booty and crawl up her back as he attempts to nibble her hair.
“Wait for it… @gramselter being Gram… Nibster,” Jen joked in the caption. Fans loved the video, with one follower commenting, “It’s so cute and funny how he nibbles your hair!! Love your videos sweet girl.” Another fan agreed, writing, “Aw! What a sweet loving partner, trying to make sure your hair is in place!”
Other fans just wanted to gush over Jen’s latest video. “You are so gorgeous,” one fan wrote. “Very flexible,” another follower commented. “So cute!” another fan chimed in. “The most beautiful woman of the world with a beautiful heart,” another follower wrote.

In another recent Instagram post, Jen shared a five-second clip that featured her riding through the streets and beside the ocean in a purple sports bra and matching leggings. She topped it off with a white baseball cap and matching white sneakers.
Her pet pooch, Gram, looks to be having just as much fun as she is as he rides along in the back of the bicycle. Jen set the brief video clip to the tune of Chamillionaire’s hit song “Ridin’” featuring Krayzie Bone.
In the caption, Jen wrote, “Just out here cruising around with my boyyyyy giving @gohustlehappy vibes. Remember- happiness is an inside job. Don’t assign anyone else that much power over your life.”

Jen Selter Teaches Her Followers How To Make A Great Smoothie!
In yet another Instagram post, set to a remix of Britney Spears’ hit song “Toxic,” Jen slipped into a blue bikini and a blue bucket hat to teach her fans how to make a delicious Selter smoothie! She began the video by holding up a small bowl of peanut butter to the camera before showing a plate covered with blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, and sliced bananas.
After pouring a pitcher of almond milk into her BlendJet, Jen then adds the fruit, the peanut butter, and the ice. After mixing her concoction together, Jen suddenly appears by the lake, still holding her BlendJet containing her smoothie.
She later appears in an indoor patio area and sits down with a straw sticking out of her smoothie to eat her breakfast, which looks like it consists of two eggs and a sliced avocado half. In the caption, Jen wrote,
“Where are my smoothie lovers at?! Back at it with another delicious #seltersmoothie. This one was on repeat when I worked at the gym years ago, usually with a scoop of vanilla or strawberry protein!”
