During an appearance on "Watch What Happens Live" last week, Leah, who joined the Bravo reality series last year for season 12, said she had high hopes for the new episode after she and her co-stars were joined by new cast memberEboni K. Williams, the first Black cast member of the show.
“I think that season 13 is going to be the most polarizing, real season of 'The Real Housewives of New York City,'” Leah admitted, according to a report from Bravo's The Daily Dish.
Leah McSweeney Had A 'Great' First Impression Of Eboni K. Williams
As the interview continued, Leah revealed how she felt when she was first introduced to Eboni months ago as filming began on "The Real Housewives of New York City" season 13.
“My first impression was great, actually. And she’s continued to, you know, she hasn’t disappointed me, I’ll put it that way. So we’re actually very close, and I love having her on the show with me," Leah gushed.
While Leah hit it off with Eboni, she said not everyone did the same.
Eboni K. Williams Clashed With A 'RHONY' Cast Member
Leah continued on, saying that Eboni clashed with one "Real Housewives of New York City" cast member in particular before being cut off by host Andy Cohen.
“But who did she clash with first….I mean, am I allowed to say this?” Leah asked.
“No," Andy quickly interjected.
While Leah couldn't name any names, she did say that when it came to Eboni butting heads with one of their cast mates, fans will likely be surprised to see which co-star she was referring to.

“I’m only going to say this. You’ll be surprised by who she closed with first. It’s not who you think,” Leah revealed.
“That’s good!” Andy stated. “That’s a tease, Leah!”
On Eboni's Instagram account, she's shared a number of images of herself and Leah, one of which included a heartfelt caption, which confirmed just how close the two of them have gotten over the past few months.
"There are friends, there is family, and then there are friends that become family," she wrote.
Leah McSweeney Has Remained Close To Luann De Lesseps
Although Leah didn't hit it off with Ramona Singer and Sonja Morgan when she first joined "The Real Housewives of New York City," mainly due to their close minded views about her look, which includes several tattoos, she and Luann de Lesseps quickly bonded and have remained close.
Leah has also remained close to Tinsley Mortimer, who quit the show at the end of last year.
"The Real Housewives of New York City" season 13 is expected to premiere on Bravo sometime in early 2021.
