Little Mix may be on hiatus, but the ladies of the group seem to be living their best life… except one.
The British girl group went on an extended hiatus following the end of their 2022 Confetti Tour.
It wrapped in May and since then, Jade Thirlwall, Perrie Edwards and Leigh-Anne Pinnock have gone on to pursue solo careers and business endeavors outside of music.

Perrie launched her clothing line “Dispora,” Jade and Leigh-Anne both inked solo record deals.
However, it seems Leigh-Anne is feeling a bit “overwhelmed” as of late.
The mother of twins shared a candid post about her current chaotic mental state.
“I am so easily overwhelmed... even when I feel like great things are happening, I start to freak out a bit. Still figuring out why I do that. I'm also super family orientated and I forgot how lonely being on the road can be 🥺🖤,” she wrote. “Gratitude is so grounding though 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽 I think about this whenever I get these feelings. Well... there's your stream of consciousness for the day 🤣🖤.”

Jade and Perrie were quick to back up their girl in the comments section.
“You deserve it alllllll ❤️,” Jade wrote.
Perrie commented, “You deserve the world!!! I will remind you of that every damn day ♥️”
Earlier this year, Leigh-Anne hinted that things in her life were a bit different.
She shared a photo of herself in a recording studio with the caption, “It's been a weird couple of weeks, getting used to certain life changes. Emotions flying.. but I'm excited for the year ahead... we been cooking up a storm 🎶😍.”

LA did become a mother to twin “cubbies” in August 2021; so maybe she’s emotional that her little ones are growing up?!
In February 2022, Leigh-Anne signed a solo record deal with Warner Records.
On February 2, 2022, the official Twitter account for Warner Records UK tweeted, “Delighted to welcome Leigh-Anne Pinnock to the Warner Records family!”
Taking to Instagram on February 3, 2022, the pop singer posted a photo of herself with the caption, “So excited for what’s to come.”
Of her solo career, an insider told The Sun, “A number of labels were keen to bag Leigh-Anne but Warner seemed the best fit.”
Three months later, Little Mix went on an extended hiatus and performed their last show as a trio for the foreseeable future.
While the hiatus was addressed by the trio, fans still question if Little Mix will split up indefinitely. There were rumblings that the British girl group was headed for the same fate as the Spice Girls.
In September 2022, “Pop Idol” creator Pete Waterman said the girls’ future as a trio is bleak.
Waterman believes Little Mix thinks they’re “bigger than they actually are.”
He also noted there will “always be friction” between them.
Little Mix's Hiatus Is Comparable To The Spice Girls Splitting Up
“The girls themselves became more important than the records because the marketing machine takes over,” he told The Sun. “And if you're fighting for your place in that band, it becomes a battle of attrition for who's got the most publicity. And then one of them leaves, like Geri Halliwell did.”
Waterman went on to add, “It's the trap most of these types of bands fall into. The girls think they're bigger than the music they create and the band fails.”
An in the event you were thinking, “Well, he hasn’t mentioned the band by name,” here’s the kicker.
"At the end of the day, there's always going to be friction and when it comes to the likes of Little Mix, you've got very strong characters all fighting,” he noted.
Not all hope is lost though.
Perrie, Jade and Leigh-Anne reunited just before the holidays.
Little Mix’s official Instagram account shared a post of the trio hugging one another with the caption, “Reunited for a Christmas catch up and it feels so good 🥹♥️🎄.”
