Meghan McCain Glows While Giving Glimpse Into Life As Mom Of Two

Meghan McCain has stepped into a new level of motherhood. Last month, the former co-host of "The View" and her husband, Ben Domenech, welcomed a second child to join their beautiful family of three, making her a mother of two.

Weeks into this new lifestyle, the latest mom wasted no time revealing the changes in her life with thousands of followers. 

The former "Daily Beast" writer shared a stunning picture on her Instagram Story, which revealed what she has been up to as a mother of two girls. In the snap, she donned a grey shirt and a pair of reading glasses as she lay on the bed. McCain also displayed her healthy blonde hair and flawless skin.

The post had a caption written across the clip that read, "2 full weeks as a mom of 2 girls l have successfully transformed into a human cow- simply supplying milk all day long," followed by a cow emoticon.

Before the update, McCain, in a Twitter update, got candid about her first week as a mother-of-two, expressing joy about her family life. She wrote, "One full week as a mother of two girls - my only regret is I didn’t do it sooner. All the cliches are true, it really is the best thing to happen in life hands down ❤️."

A peek into the new world of the TV commentator brings to mind how she introduced her newborn to the world. The Blast shared that the author took to Instagram to share a series of photos from the hospital.

In one picture, McCain's toddler, Liberty Cage, dotingly watched her baby sister rest. She looked adorable in her pink crocheted sweater with a two-ponytail hairstyle on her blonde hair. In the following slideshow, fans got to see the family of four having a sweet moment. 

Domenech carried his baby girls in his arms, while Liberty sat on his lap while he swaddled the little one safely in his other arm. The political commentator stood by the chair, staring down at her gorgeous family in purple pajamas.

Somewhere in that batch of photos showed the newborn wrapped firmly in a hospital blanket with a bow on her head, while the last photograph displayed McCain's mother, Cindy McCain, posing with her newest grandchild.

The 38-year-old captioned the post, noting the name of her baby girl, "Clover Jade McCain Domenech," She also continued, "Thank you all for the well wishes – we are all blissed out happy, healthy and exhausted! ♥️🍀.” A shout-out was added: "Here's to strong women. May we know them. May we be them. May we raise them."

As the birth of Clover was approaching, the political analyst made sure to do the groundwork of preparing her firstborn for the role of a big sister while hinting at her due date for fans. 

As reported by The Blast, the former "Outnumbered" co-host uploaded a sweet picture of her first daughter, Liberty, which showed the excited sister engrossed in the lessons of becoming a big sister. 

Liberty donned a pair of adorable nightwear with an array of pink, blue, yellow, and white colors, which she matched with pink-and-white socks. The toddler sat on the ground with her hands resting on the lower part of the baby bouncer, watching a doll wrapped in soft pink headgear and wearing a onesie protectively.

From the photo, It seemed McCain was teaching Liberty how to rock her forthcoming sister to sleep. The "Daily Mail" columnist captioned the post, "A few more days until we have two little ladies living in the house….trying to prepare her!" adding three pink heart emojis to match the barbie vibes.
