Beyoncé is out here breaking souls with the price of her tour tickets!
The singer has been known for her innovative and captivating live shows, which feature intricate choreography, state-of-the-art visuals, and powerful vocal performances. With the "RENAISSANCE World Tour" being her first since the "On the Run II Tour" with her husband Jay-Z in 2018, fans expect nothing less than an unforgettable experience.
Beyoncé 'RENAISSANCE World Tour' Price Gets Fans Reacting On Twitter
The tour set to start in the UK had its first pre-sale open for tickets, and in some hours, despite the reported high price tag, the site crashed due to the amount of activity on it. Taking to Twitter, some people had a bunch of reactions to the reported amounts on the site, and some were just hilarious. One person described it as insane, writing:
"Beyoncé's Renaissance tour ticket prices are insane 🤯. 600+$ starting price is crazy, and lots of people are crazy enough to pay."
This other user noted the fact that some people might instead pay to get to see her rather than settle their debts, stating, "D*mn, them Beyonce tickets start at $600 God speed to those who ain't paying a couple of they bills and rent lmao 😂."
One fan complained about the fact that the "Drunk In Love" singer always made the prices too steep for regular people, "Beyoncé don't make tickets prices for us common folk 😫."
This fourth person, obviously a fan, posted a short video of the star herself saying, "It was all worth it," while apologizing for crying and noting that the event in the background was the most important day of her life. They then quoted above the video, writing:
"Me after I sold my house, cat, dog, car, clothes, and soul to see Beyoncé at her renaissance tour. #Beyonce #RENAISSANCEWorldTour."
A fifth uploaded a meme of the "Lemonade" star taping at the phone in her hand excitedly as the poster penned, "Me opening another credit card so I can buy my #RENAISSANCEWorldTour tickets and get some bonus points…"
This person could not help but hype her, stating, "Beyoncé gave a tour announcement less than 24 hrs ago and had 200,000+ people in Europe waiting in the queue to buy tickets. THE LEGENDARY LEGEND THAT YOU ARE, BEYONCÉ."
While another wrote, "Beyoncé could've at least waited til tax season to drop them tickets, but the fact that she did it on the first shows she truly don't care bout our broke asses 🥲."
'Dangerously in Love' Singer Announces 'Renaissance' Stadium Tour Dates
The actress has finally released the dates of her tour, and Variety shared that the timing of the announcement is close to the "Grammy" Awards ceremony. This might mean that she would perform, although it has yet to be confirmed.
However, she might appear at the event as she is the most nominated artist for the night – with nine connected to her most recent album, "Renaissance." Sources tell the publication that her husband, Jay-Z, will perform with DJ Khaled, and the song chosen will most likely be their nominated song "God Did."
The European dates will start in the UK with Stockholm on May 10th to Sunderland on the 23rd, before briefly moving to Paris, France, on the 26th and back to London on the 30th. June will kick off on the 8th at the Olympic stadium in Barcelona, the 11th in Marseille, the 15th in Cologne, the 17th in Amsterdam, and ending on the 27th in Warsaw.
The North American part of her travels will begin in July on the 8th at Rogers Centre in Toronto before moving on to Philadelphia and heading to her hometown Houston in September before closing in New Orleans.
