Jordyn Woods Tells Fans To 'Work Smarter Not Harder' In Fitness Advice

Jordyn Woods is dishing out excellent fitness advice.

In 2021, the American socialite created a fitness and well-being app called "FRSTPLACE" to help her community improve their mental and physical health. The app supplies training plans curated by talented trainers and recipes created by top nutritionists.

With a deep investment in fitness, it is no wonder that fans of the social media influencer are interested in knowing her guidelines for a good workout session. In a recent update, she communicates the best way she goes about her workout routine.   

As a fitness addict, Woods knows all the dos and don'ts of achieving a perfect workout routine. During a Q&A session with fans, the 25-year-old directed her followers to quiz her about anything or give her ideas for her business ventures, which they did accordingly.

A fan asked, "What is your workout routine?" The former model answered by first mentioning her go-to drill in the gym. She wrote, "I LOVE DOING A HIT OR PILATES CLASS OR WEIGHT LIFTING."

Still responding, she noted that she is employing another approach in her session to get better results. She wrote, "I'VE STARTED TO LEARN TO WORK SMARTER, NOT HARDER BECAUSE TOO HARD OF A WORKOUT CAUSES A LOT OF INFLAMMATION."

Conclusively, the "PrettyLittleThing" collaborator noted, "WALKING ON AN INCLINE IS ALSO A GREAT LOW INTENSITY WORKOUT."

This detailed fitness advice comes about two months after the actress flaunted her post-holiday body at the gym. The Blast's previous report shows spectators that her cheat days don't last long. 

Last year, during the Thanksgiving holiday, the actress got carried away with the merriment but quickly got back on track. She shared a snap to her Instagram, showing off her toned body with fully displayed abs.

The 25-year-old modeled a grey set of sports bra and leggings, a scarf that she used to keep her hair in place, and oversized headphones. The snap was captioned, "The post thanksgiving bod is alright, but time to lock it in."

The California resident admitted in the caption of the four-second clip she also posted that she has not been as active as she would like. We wrote, "It's been hard finding my rhythm, but I've been needing it for my mind…So I'm back, Day 1."

Indeed the fitness guru's training advice has paid off based on how she can ring in attention through her incredible physique. A perfect example is the curve-hugging red dress she donned for the launch of her new clothing line called Woods by Jordyn earlier last month, as reported by The Blast.

Woods shared a jaw-dropping picture on her Instagram page, promoting the new business venture to her millions of followers. The hot Gen Z displayed her banging curves in a red, off-shoulder knee-length gown. The sexy outfit had a plunging neckline which showcased her voluminous burst. 

Her matching fiery red color wig was curled up in voluminous waves with a part to the side. For her makeup, she opted for a cut-crease eyeshadow look with full, luscious eyelashes and a nude lip with dark brown lip liner.

The overall look did not call for any accessories due to the intensity of the entire ensemble. The TV star wrote in the caption, "Ready for date night?." The socialite's comment section was filled with her followers pointing out the similarities between her look and a specific character.

One commentator penned, "Giving Jessica Rabbit ? feels ???." At the same time, another person gushed, "Girrrrrlllll just sign the contract for whenever they do a remake of "Who Framed Roger Rabbit" because sis, you got Jessica Rabbit vibes all over."
