Andrew Tate is NOT a happy camper.

The ex-kickboxer and social media influencer is currently living life in a Romanian prison.

Tate along with his younger brother, Tristan Tate, and two female alleged accomplices were arrested on December 29, 2022, related to sex trafficking allegations. The Tate brothers were detained on kidnapping and rape charges.

Andrew & Tristan Tate Have Another Day In Romanian Court

On Wednesday, February 1st, they were spotted entering the Bucharest Court of Appeal, and Tate didnโ€™t enter quietly. Tate was handcuffed to Tristan.

He screamed and shouted at reporters, โ€œYou know Iโ€™m innocent!โ€

The foursome was in court to fight a second 30-day extension of their detention.

Last month, a Romanian judge denied their appeal and instead extended their prison detention until February 27th.

Andrew Tate Screams Out "I'm Innocent"

When asked if he believed he would be freed, Tate responded, โ€œThere is not much justice in Romania.โ€

On his way out of the Bucharest Court of Appeal, he once again doubled down on his innocence.

โ€œAsk them for evidence and they will give you none because it doesnโ€™t exist. Youโ€™ll find out the truth of this case soon,โ€ he screamed.

Per The New York Post, a judge has yet to decide on Wednesdayโ€™s appeal against the decision to hold them for another 30 days.

Tate issued his first fan newsletter from behind bars in January.

According to YouTuber Fesify, the former free man issued a newsletter to all his subscribers from the email address โ€œtate@cobratate.com.โ€

He made the subject, โ€œMy first email from Imprisonment.โ€

โ€œI will send you my daily lessons from unjust imprisonment. They are trying to break me. Thrown inside a cell without light,โ€ he wrote. โ€œCockroaches, lice, and bed bugs are my only friends at night. When the guards bring me to and from the courtroom, I stay absolutely respectful. They try to pour hatred into my heart. But Please and Thank You stick with me at all times.โ€

Thank god heโ€™s somehow remembered his manners.

This is a far cry from his unapologetic, misogynistic persona online.

โ€œMy prison guards are just performing their job, they have families to feed. In times of hardship, do not forget your manners. They are trying to break my Iron Mind with unjust imprisonment,โ€ he continued. โ€œMy absolute respect for everyone around me is my act of absolute rebellion. They cannot break me. My guards know I am innocent. They know it is unjust. They see I will never break and respect my resolve. Please and Thank You stick with me at all times. Such is the way of the Wudan.โ€

On Sunday, January 22nd, he also made fans aware that can begin sending him โ€œjail mail.โ€

Following their first official 30-day extension, Tate furiously responded to the news via his lawyers and said he is โ€œbeing arrested for a crime of opinion.โ€

Defense lawyer, Constantin Ioan Gliga, told Romanian news outlet Gandul, โ€œWe continue to maintain that practically at this moment the Tate brothers are being arrested for a crime of opinion, for what they said, at some point, in the online environment and not for what they actually did in their private lives.โ€

He added the judgeโ€™s decision to extend the Tate brotherโ€™s time behind bars by 30 days is โ€œunjustified and totally exaggerated.โ€
