Former 'Pump Rules' Star Max Boyens Talks Dayna Kathan Relationship, TomTom Rumor

Max Boyens appeared on an episode of the "#NoFilter With Zack Peter" podcast after taping the three-part "Vanderpump Rules" reunion earlier this year and during the show, which was shared on YouTube days ago, he addressed his current relationship with Dayna Kathan.

Following a failed romance with his former co-star during season eight, Max admitted that he and Dayna are no longer speaking but said he's hopeful that they will one day be able to establish a friendship with one another.

“Dayna and I, we don’t talk. I think that ship has sailed," he admitted. "There’s a lot of things she’s thrown out there that can make me look wrong… There’s a lot of things that her and I need to talk about."

Although Max said that he and Dayna most definitely need to have a conversation with one another, he noted that a positive progression in their relationship is possible. 

"Maybe a friendship [is possible], but I don’t think anything other than that," he explained.

According to Max, things between him and Dayna were fine after the reunion taping but took a turn for the worse after the three-part special aired.

"We were cool. After the reunion [taping], we were fine. She started working for me at TomTom as a bartender. We were totally fine. It was just, once the reunion came out, it maybe sparked something in her that made her upset," Max stated. "She wasn’t my girlfriend. We weren’t seeing each other that long. We were seeing each other for maybe a month, if that.”

Max went on to say that during season eight of "Vanderpump Rules," his first and final season of the Bravo series, Dayna spread fake information about him.

“She keeps running with the narrative that I cheated on her, but she wasn’t my girlfriend, definitely we were seeing each other, I was getting to know her, and even then, I wasn’t with anyone but her. So she has this misconception that I cheated on her. I was never doing that, ever, and it sucks that she thinks that,” he said.

Also during the interview, Max reacted to a rumor claiming he had said he owned a portion of TomTom.

"I don’t know where that came from. I never said that and I got so upset by that because even as a bartender, you’re like, ‘Come to my bar tonight, I’m working tonight.’ That’s how it was," he explained. "It clearly says Tom and Tom on the wall and we all know Ken and Lisa are owners as well. I’m not that twisted. That was the dumbest lie I’ve ever heard of in my life.”
