LSU Gymnast Olivia Dunne In Her Black Leotard Is Back On Uneven Bars

Olivia Dunne shows off her gymnastic skills following a leg injury!

The artistic gymnast, who's better known as Livvy on social media, took to her Instagram Stories and uploaded a video of herself performing an uneven bars routine. As reported by The Sun, Dunne was unable to compete due to a leg injury, which has kept her sidelined since December 12.

In a previous selfie, the 20-year-old LSU athlete showed off her protective boot while clad in a skintight leotard bearing her team's colors.

In the clip shared a few hours ago, Dunne seemed better than ever and without her boot. Although, her foot was still wrapped in a white bandage as she flaunted her skills on the uneven bars. The internet sensation lifted her body and did a few swings before perfectly landing on the mat with her arms raised.

She seemed to be makeup-free during their practice, where she rocked a black one-piece with a sleeveless design, highlighting her sculpted arms. The garment also boasted a high neckline that covered up her décolletage.

Her leotard proceeded to cinch in at her waist, highlighting her flat midsection and slender frame. Also of note was its daringly high-cut design. The leg openings sat high up on her hips, leaving her sculpted legs in full view for her fans to admire.

Dunne noted that she's "getting back into the swing of things."

A few days ago, LSU gymnastics coach Jay Clark gave an update on Dunne's leg injury during a chat with Nola.com's sports columnist Scott Rabalais.

Clark revealed that the junior's leg flared up again after their meet in Arkansas and that she is still at least two weeks away from being able to compete. He described the situation as "a little frustrating."

Dunne, who specializes in uneven bars and floor exercises, has more than 10 million followers on TikTok and Instagram combined. Her internet fame made her a millionaire at just 18 years old, with her net worth estimated to be $2.3 million.

Dunne's supporters, who were mostly teenage boys, flocked to the recent LSU meet against Utah to support her loudly from the stands.

While there, her admirers caused a wild scene the LSU was forced to upgrade security for the team.

As reported by Outkick, they did not hold back their support for the gymnast on January 6 at the Jon M. Huntsman Center, where they held up Dunne-centric signs, even though she was not in the lineup at the time.

This caused Dunne to speak out through social media.

"I will always appreciate and love the support from you guys, but if you come to a meet, I want to ask you to please be respectful of the other gymnasts and the gymnastics community as we are just doing our job," she tweeted.

Dunne's mom, Katherine, also took to Twitter and defended the gymnast.

"It is not ok to blame any athlete/celebrity when fan behavior crosses the line," she wrote. "In a sport where all the girls wear nothing but leotards stop suggesting that how Livvy dresses means she deserves this in any way. Stop shaming girls for the behavior of boys."
