Sommer Ray dips her bikini body in ice-cold water!
The social media sensation returned to her Instagram page and posted a video via her Stories, which showed her latest activity. Ray took on a freezing challenge while clad in her tiny two-piece.
Flashing Ample Cleavage
The 26-year-old was makeup free for the activity and pulled her blonde locks into a bun. Her brown bikini top had a scooped neckline that bared her décolletage and narrow shoulder straps that highlighted her toned arms. The cutout in the center showcased ample cleavage, which was enhanced by the tightness of the garment.
Ray sported a matching pair of bottoms which were just as scanty. They boasted a low-cut waistband, which highlighted her taut stomach. The number also drew attention to her curvy hips, thanks to the extremely high leg cuts, which exposed plenty of skin.
Braving The Cold Water
For the day, Ray opted to wear several accessories, including dainty hoop earrings, a bangle, and rings.
The video saw Ray lowering her body into the black tub filled with cold water. She kept her face down to her neck dry while also holding her stance by resting her arms and hands on the edges.
According to Ray, she spent “3 mins in the cold plunge.”
In a previous photo shared to her Stories, ray revealed that she went to Dr. Refresh Med Spa in West Hollywood, California.

As per the spa, an ice bath has many benefits.

Ray is not the only celebrity that has tried the cold plunge. As reported by The Fitness Tribe, Lady Gaga loves to take an ice bath for 10 minutes as part of her pre- and post-show routine.
Chris Hemsworth is also a fan of the wellness routine. On a press tour, the actor claimed to have “been doing a lot of cold showers recently.”
For him, “it’s like cold water therapy.”
As for model Miranda Kerr, she starts “every single day” with a cold shower as “it’s basically good for everything.”
