Amber Rose Is Over Talking About 13-Year Old Relationship With Ye

Amber Rose is happy to no longer have to deal with Kanye West. Now, she is hoping people will stop talking about that old relationship.

The model isn’t ever trying to downplay her relationship with Kanye who now goes by Ye but because it was so long ago she can’t believe people are still talking about it. Amber appeared on The Jasmine Brand podcast hoping to detach herself from Ye being the main point in her life.

When asked about moving on to Wiz Khalifa her ex-husband and the father of her first-born son, Sebastian, 9, Amber speaks of him fondly. “Who do you love more?” asked the host between Ye and Wiz.

“Wiz girl. That’s not even a question,” Amber didn’t even hesitate she holds a special place for both men just on a different level.

The mom of two Isn’t too pressed about people asking her about Ye but she doesn’t want them getting too crazy thinking that he still has an effect on her life. “Like, I think that people like to ask about my relationship with Kanye but it was 13 years ago guys.”

The 39-year-old continued. “I mean, I obviously have to bring him up cause he’s a huge part of my story and how I got here,” she points out. “I mean I feel like people are obsessed with that because it was like, a great time in pop culture but in my personal life it is not relevant.”

Amber nervously giggled her way through the conversation. She is probably uncomfortable talking about Ye seeing as he is a married man now, again.

Amber wasn’t clear about the last time she and Ye interacted, but the rapper-turned-designer has a whole-ass new wife and hasn’t talked about Amber publicly in a while. He’s too busy fighting off paparazzi and battery charges after allegedly throwing a pap’s phone.

The news that he is a married man again was shocking seeing as his divorce from his former muse and ex-wife Kim Kardashian was so fresh and public. Ye and Amber dated for two years and at that time they were extremely high-profile and the relationship seemed more like a come-up than anything else.

Amber eventually moved on to Wiz Khalifa and a few other younger rappers like 21 Savage before settling with Alexander AE Edwards and having another son named Slash. They have since parted ways.

We aren’t sure how long this will last but Amber Rose recently claimed that she will be single forever. “I want to be single for the rest of my life,” claims Amber in the same interview. She also said that she no longer needs sex.

“I don’t want to share my house or my life with anyone. I don’t want anyone around my kids. I don’t want to have sex … No, ew.” She continued, “I’m fine with being by myself too. I’m very happy to not share my bed with anyone.”
